Time up for The Tilly Two?

It's not often that I feel the need to include bad driving from other motorists when we are out on Tilly Tandem, but this is one occasion that I felt should be shown.
We were cycling home from Brecon earlier this year when this incident happened.
You are about to see some shocking driving, from overtaking us on the brow of a hill to the terrifying moment we have a car hurling towards us. Straight towards us. On our side of the road! The driver only just manages to pull in but he was literally on our mirror!
We reported the incident but never heard anything back, as so many others have told me is the case.
