I always asked almost half my family if they knew how to make arroz con leche but somehow no one knew . so know I took it upon myself to make it! it's my first try and this video helped me through it all! :) it's on the stove now finishing up so hopefully it's everything I've been waiting for! Gosh im so happy I found this, My grandmother recently passed away in July 2021. She had dementia and before it had gotten bad she used to always make this for us. I have only seen her make it a few times and couldnt remember for the life of me how. But after watching this I remember it was almost identical to this recipe. She would always add it a little brown sugar to it and dust the top with ground cinnamon :) I miss her so much but now ill be able to keep her memory alive and teach it to my kids one day
