I am so happy that I found this video because i heard omatase shimashita more times than I could remember when I was in Japan. This video also reminded me about what you are supposed to say when you leave work before your co-workers do (osaki ni shitsureishimasu).
In morning when i say おはようございます at work, i hear japanese reply say ざいます or ございます or あす. And when at work when i greet someone お疲れ様です, i often hear reply like さまです or です only 🤣
Thank you for the comment about 'ri'. I may never be fluent with it, but I am becoming more comfortable with it. Thank you for your efforts. May you and yours stay well and prosper.

Fantastic! Just like listening to music, the best way to acquire natural pronunciation and intonation is to listen to the language and phrases over and over again. 🤔?
I'm kinda confused. When I translate どーも into google translate. It translates to 'Domo' instead of 'hello' or 'thanks'
Because ー is not the proper way. (You can use it in casual situations with friends or family.) You should write う(どうも)so it will translate it right.
💞🤠 nice
🤗👍
What is the correct writing?
こんにちわ or こんにちは ??
It’s こんにちは because こんにち(今日)is Today, は is particle こんにちは means Today is...
