I agree with you! I’m vegetarian but Oreos aren’t good for me 😂 I use a creamer made with mct and coconut but it’s expensive and when I don’t have it I use plant based milk but really can’t beat the creamer.

As for the creamer, everything is bad for you at this point, there's nothing wrong with creamer or sugar, eating red meat etc. Yes, we must live life in moderation but we also have to do, see, and eat things we enjoy.
Also everyone wants nice things in life. Nothing wrong with treating yourself to nice perfumes, makeup and new clothes. You don't need to explain yourself to nosy and sometimes rude viewers.

Hello Ate Cherry... If you enjoy powdered creamer in your coffee go and use it.
It's not like you use a lot of it throughout the day that is bad for your general health. You can look at the label and see if it contains real powdered milk, additives or sugars. If you can find one containing powdered milk it'd be better. I usually use 2% milk in my coffee just enough to lighten it up. I know you value everyone's opinion but what is good advice for one person may not be for another. Google is my friend. I use it a lot if I want to know if something is healthy for me or not. The outfit you picked to wear for the company tour looked very pretty. Grilling your own foods looked like it was fun. It's wonderful that you can spend time with your friends and coworkers and make such wonderful memories as well as experience things that will last forever.

Creamer has many weird ingredients, so real cream or even half and half (half cream / half milk) is great. Good luck with your substitute for your coffee and may God bless you❤

Don’t stress about coffee creamer if you enjoy it! I prefer using some milk in my coffee and stir in a peppermint candy until it dissolves 😋 I was trying to look up those beans, I wonder if they are black soy beans?
