Just beyond belief that someone can have that kind of control over the instrument. Absolute mastery.
Incredible that a tradition with thousands of years of history is still evolving. How can they call this classical, it is still breathing !

It sounds sooo much like a veena! It's ideal for Indian music! I've played indian on dobro for 15 years.
Then you need to go back and listen to old Vishwa Mohan Bhatt recordings...
He is my dad's childhood friend. Once he used to take lessons in tabla from my father.
Spellbinding performance by Sir Debasish Bhattacharya...
Truly a remarkable, beautiful, awe inspiring set of musicians.
Yogesh Samsi like Zakir Hussain is truly inspiring and mesmerizing to watch. The beautiful sounds enter you in another world.
Just divine. Thanks for uploading

No mention nor credit for the third musician?

It's Unnati Dasgupta, she's a local musician from London. She's playing the drone instrument known as the Tanpura.
Generally tanpura players don’t get credit…they’ve been replaced by machines at many smaller concerts.
Is Chikari used in this instrument while playing North indian classical music?
Yes of course.
Very nice.
I suddenly have an urge to charm a snake.
And me to kill witches
My snake is waiting "blowhard"
Freddie was better.
Your speed is actually good but there is no depth in your music as compared to our dada guruji
Sangeeta Singh may I know your dada s name?
