Hey sir, I am of 14, and I desperately want to learn sitar. Can I know, at what age you start learning, and in which age you become a master? Please reply, Big fan❤️❤️
Rishabh, we in India are loosing our traditional instrumental players. Seeing you playing infront of the legend the hope is still on... I m sure we will see many more performances and to keep this alive you must involve your self with budding directors of TV and Movies. In South we still see higher use of indian instruments. Keep up the good work.
I am 15 years old now, will turn 16 next march, I am in love with sitar, and I have just transferred to the senia maihar gharana of music, I have started my sitar journey when I was 8 years old, and I have been playing for 7 years now. I started with the imdadkhani (etawa) gharana. Before I did not appreciate sitar that much as I do now, with time and maturity I have learned that sitar is not just an instrument, but a feeling that pours love, joy, and so much emotion. Raga Pancham Se Gara is one of my favourite ragas and this composition is in my mind whenever I go. Pandit Ravi Shankar ji, and Pandit Nikhil Banerjee are one of my greatest influences. Rishab dada has played this marvelously and I have watched his recent recording, such devotion! Keep it up brother! You will someday become a very big sitarist. Please take my ashirvad and bless me to become like you one day! :)
I am not Indian, so I have not heard/seen of you until today (it is hard to keep up so much news all over the world). I was fortunate to see your late guru in among 2 of his last concerts in Toronto before he passed on. You are a young man now. I hope to see you in Toronto, or wherever. Kalyan ho! Everyone please support your favourite artists in person, whenever possible. Even with today's technology, listening to a CD is not the same as a live performance!
When I saw you this month performing in delhi, I compared your smile with this young rishab ,Still innocence is on the same level. And your neck movements are still the same my dear.Lots of love and wishes for our shining star.
Rishab is proud for the whole India and he is the one to represent India in the whole world . Our new generation must learn from him , and stop bringing western culture , music and stupid and senseless dance and promoting in India . Please remember that no one can beat Indian culture , music and dance . Rishab my blessings for your growth . If I am alive , will see your more videos and live performances .✌️
Though the little boy played the Sitar very well; but I fear viewers might have been overwhelmed by the fact that this little master is the disciple of the reverend the legendary Shri Ravi Shankar Ji. So I mean to say that very few artists get the teacher to teach someone music like Ravi Shankar Sahib!! God bless the both...
as a babgladeshi we owes a lot to Rabi shankarji, tribute to his great soul. Rishab pray that you inherited special ragaa from guruji. honerd to be connected with your track, wants to see more playing from you dear. best of luck
