Compare rats with Mexicans was and is very racist. Talk a lot about the mindset of this "Home Expert". Obviously can be expert with rats but no expert in ethics and decency!
u can just imagine the damage that's been done in between those walls, food, droppings, urine, birth, death, nesting material, sewer water, rat grease, all that bacteria festering inside the walls is a recipe for someone getting asthma or sick. The HOA should very much disclose that when selling to buyers if they dont plan of decontaminating the building, i dont think its the fault of the previous tenants seems like they were trying to address the issue but in an HOA home your options are limited as you don't really own the building and it seems the rats had an entry point beyond the 1 tenant.
That's why when I was in the buyers market looking for a home to purchase. I already had my mind made up to NOT look at any homes in an HOA community!! Think about this... I'm going to pay HOA dues for someone else to tell me what, I can and cannot due with my property
You guys are the best. Most pest company's don't get to the absolute root of the problem. Lack of training and willingness to go to the lengths required to solve the problem!
Well most people don’t want the lengths that have to be taken to get to the root of the problem. In the video they themselves said the HOA didn’t want any more intrusive work into the walls and pipework. This should have required a whole decontamination and inspection, they opted for just some patchwork at the end.
I own my own pest control company, and these types of jobs are nightmares. I refer them to rodent specialists in my area similar to these guys. It takes more than getting your license, and catching rodents for years than dealing with major infestations. It's very complicated and causes issues with customers if not done correctly! Rodents are extremely intelligent!
@Elon_Trump Thousands! The exclusion work and man hours alone makes it expensive! You just never know the extent of the problem, it takes time and digging to figure that out.

Although they did comment about how someone else previously did the smoke test and they didn't solve the problem, yet turns out that these guys didn't solve the problem with the smoke test they did either. And it had to be done again. Whether the residents used three different businesses to smoke test things OR these guys stayed there for the video content, they were still the second failures with their smoke test. I don't think they should be talking so much stuff about any other business that had already done some parts of the work before them, and they couldn't get finished the first time either.
@@rottnlove Well, I don’t know about the other contractors, but the Twins always do 2 or more smoke tests to check and test that they have indeed found all the entry points. And it is true that they do not always find all the entry points on the first go around. They, also, have to keep looking sometimes. That is what the extra smoke tests are for, I believe. Also, even when they are sure they have found all the entry points they will still do another smoke test to make sure.
Fun fact. The meat of a pepper actually has very little capsaicin which is what makes them hot. It is mostly in the white fibrous part and on the seeeds themselves.
Always exciting to watch you two and your crew give people peace of mind back! I recently picked up one and am amazed at what it's able to see (studs in the walls). I would think metal or pvc pipe heated up inside a wall would be so much easier to see with a lot less explorative wall cutting if that's something that would work.
@@TwinHomeExperts I purchased a Infiray P2 Pro on Amazon, but for vastly different reasons than commercial use. I just wanted to see hot spots in my ceiling but didn't want to pay double what it costs for a standalone unit. I'm pretty sure if you guys were able to heat up vent/drain pipes behind walls, something like that would be able to clearly show you exactly where the pipes are. I know as as a homeowner, I'd only want walls opened as a last resort. I have a feeling most of your customers are well past that though, but thought I'd pass the suggestion along!
My sister has a small greenhouse and she decided to grow some hot peppers. She chose reapers, jalapenos and ghost peppers. All are extremely hot, THEY ATE ALL OF THEM! every single one. They had taken a bite out of every tomato. Just enough to make it so we wouldn't eat it.
