Week 1: After one week of doing this my legs have gotten slightly slimmer but if I do it more, it will become more noticeable. Week 2: After two weeks my legs have gotten slightly more slimmer, and the workout are making my legs slim down and more noticeable. Week 3: After another week my legs have gotten really tone and I have lost 1.2 kg which is good. Week 4: the workouts are getting easier the more I do them and my legs are starting to look like everyone else’s Week 5: Over a month now and my legs look rally nice. I have been doing the workouts twice daily and I am seeing very obvious changes in my legs. I have lost another 0.7 kg which I’m proud of and I love these workouts, they work really well and I started to see results in my second to midsecond week

If anyone is looking to lose knee fat, or fat around the knee, trust me, stick to this workout! If you’re after a thigh gap, do it! But all of these models are born with the genetics of slim, long legs and there is no need for you to have these exact legs. Being curvy is sooo sexy, being petite is sooo sexy, Being tall is soo sexy girls! Please just don't compare yourself to these models and don't end up trying everything to look like them. You are gorgeous, and doing workouts to keep yourself fit and healthy is very good, but please don't compare yourself too much❤

Guys, it really burns, but that means that it's gonna have great results. Also, I would recommend as a tip to close your eyes and concentrate on your breath as you're doing the workout. So don't give up, and don't think about the workouts as they're a way just to get a better body, because if you do that, then your results won't last long, cuz you're only gonna do it for a week or so. The important thing is to build muscle so you'll get stronger and then you'll have permanent results. And I know that because I was doing gymnastics for a few years and I built muscle, then I stopped working out for 3 years and I lost some of my strength. But now, it's been almost half a year that I've started again, and I realised that my body gets toned so quickly because of the muscles that I had built when I was doing gymnastics. So, do it to get stronger, and always remember that a strong body, is a beautiful body.

If you wanna see big changes I highly recommend Gabriella Whited the leg workouts she has uploaded (I think there are two of them) I really really reaaaaaally saw BIG changes when I did them. Also just once a day, but every day (5/6 times a week)

If anyone is looking to lose knee fat, or fat around the knee, trust me, stick to this workout! If you’re after a thigh gap, do it! I haven’t been on any kind of diet, but combining this with other exercise has been very affective! Just remember, you are beautiful just the way you are!

Ladies, I know that this workout is meant to give your legs strength, build your muscles and make you in general feel and be more fit, and that is amazing. But what I often see, are girls who do these kind of workouts, trying to get slim legs like these VS supermodels, because they hate their own legs. But all of these models are born with the genetics of slim, long legs and there is no need for you to have these exact legs. Being curvy is sooo sexy, being petite is sooo sexy, Being tall is soo sexy girls! Please just don't compare yourself to these models and don't end up trying everything to look like them. You are gorgeous, and doing workouts to keep yourself fit and healthy is very good, but please don't compare yourself too much❤

Guys, it really burns, but that means that it's gonna have great results. Also, I would recommend as a tip to close your eyes and concentrate on your breath as you're doing the workout. So don't give up, and don't think about the workouts as they're a way just to get a better body, because if you do that, then your results won't last long, cuz you're only gonna do it for a week or so. The important thing is to build muscle so you'll get stronger and then you'll have permanent results. And I know that because I was doing gymnastics for a few years and I built muscle, then I stopped working out for 3 years and I lost some of my strength. But now, it's been almost half a year that I've started again, and I realised that my body gets toned so quickly because of the muscles that I had built when I was doing gymnastics. So, do it to get stronger, and always remember that a strong body, is a beautiful body.

If you wanna see big changes I highly recommend Gabriella Whited the leg workouts she has uploaded (I think there are two of them) I really really reaaaaaally saw BIG changes when I did them. Also just once a day, but every day (5/6 times a week)

Hi did this build muscle on your legs or did it slim your calves down and then build muscle because I have really bulky calves and I don’t want it to become muscle just like that I want my legs and calves to get skinny as well
