Two things from my perspective (1) finish form shots on your toes to help the brain put together the form of the upper body with the extension of the legs like a jump shot, and (2) finish the middies going both ways. You did that later on the step-backs but not the rip-throughs. Keep up the content and good luck!
You do everything with your right foot to produce force. Your shoulders hold most the force in your body. Take care of those shoulders and neck muscles! Backboard shot where you work on catching the ball with a stationary right leg planted to a left leg bounded shot would help balance out your “asymmetry”. Good workout tho, bet you’re a great shooter coming off right-left in games??
yeah i’ve torn my right knee up a couple times have had some surgeries! Can see I kinda leave my weight off it not on purpose just has happened over time! Appreciate you 🔥🤞
