In Australia, Ford Everest (Endeavour) is compared to Toyota Prado. They don't even compare to Fortuner anymore coz its a segment below due to smaller size than both Prado & Everest. Bought Scorpio N Z8 AT 4Xplor. My friend has a 2023 fortuner 4X2 Manual. Not being biased but I liked the refinement and steering of Scorpio N better than Fortuner. Performance wise Fortuner is a tad bit better.Presence wise Fortuner is better because people link it with politicians (in UP). I liked the Scorpio N interior way more than the fortuner. The infotainment and AC are great. Lets see how it performs in the longer run. Fortuner may be twice expensive but the question is, "Is it twice a SUV than the Scorpio N?" And to the noobs who are fighting over both the cars ,I am sure you don't own none so Chill.
I find the back seat comfort of ScorpioN to be far better than Fortuner. In fortuner you seat with your knees slightly higher than in ScorpioN, which is really discomforting for me in long drives. ScorpioN is my choice too.

I know it is the comparision of scorpio n and fortuner but i still dont get the feeling of a complete SUV even at respective thier price range. 1. For me A very major dissappointment for Scorpio N is that No AC Vents forget control or coil in the Last Row. What is the point of spending 26.5 Lakhs on Road in Mumbai that your SUV need after market 3rd row blowers for 26.5 lakh rupee car seriously ! Otherwise everthing is fine in Scorpio N. 2. Fortuner is good but very expensive i dont feel value for money it is a personal thing for any buyer for me not possible even for normal fortuner not legender. The only SUV i feel the complete is now no longer available it was only the Ford Endeavour. Hope so Ford comeback.
I personally feel your review is biased. Though Fortuner is dominating in this segment, it is shocking that you don’t even get sunroof which is very basic now a days. Forget ADAS. If you compare honestly, check the list of features MG Gloster has....I mean what am I getting feature wise after spending more than 40 Lakhs???

But having said that, if you are true and honest, you have to admit that fortuner whether 4×2 or 4×4 is definitely over priced in the Indian market and the product fortuner is just riding high simply because of its Toyota badge value and its brand's reliability.....

Mahindra on the other hand is leagues ahead of Toyota with regards to the access of EV technology, thanks to Pininfarina (a supercar company owned by Mahindra--> Check out Pininfarina Battista, it is an EV supercar) and Mahindra Racing in Formula E. Racing tech provides a lot R&D to the companies hence they are able to dominate markets, you can see it was true for Formula 1 and it is also true for Formula E.
