I hope there is an opportunity for the Royal family to begin to grieve for the loss of our amazing Queen privately in the next couple of days.
King Charles has been preparing for this role with the guidance of the beloved Queen Elizabeth II for decades. He deserve a chance to prove he can be a great king. It is heartwarming to see that the British public is accepting him into this new role. It must be hard for him to have put duty before his own grief for the loss of his father and mother. I hope the public will remember that this man is in mourning and will do the Queen proud❣ Especially with Prince William's support and the guidance of all who served her majesty.

His speach yesterday was extraordinary and it' s absolutely moving and outstanding, that the King, the Queen Comfort and the other members of the Royal family go to talk to the people and shake hands. I really think Charles was underrated many years and we know see, that he will be a wise and great king for Great Britain.

At heart, the King and Queen Consort are country people. They love animals and nature and at times like that, it truly shows.
I can only imagine how that greeting helped to make him feel better. I'm glad he has Camilla. I was mad at him when he and Diana divorced, but since learning more about the situation, I feel differently. Blessings.

I must say, I'm sure Her Majesty is looking down smiling so much seeing the amount of love pouring on HM King Charles... God save the King!
While we deeply mourn the passing of Her beloved Majesty, I love that this is now turning to a time of great celebration for King Charles and a new era, as it should be. I'm sure his coronation next year will be a HUGE event for Britain, the Commonwealth and the world. Everything is proceeding EXACTLY as the Queen would want it - she so greatly valued the continuity of the Monarchy.

How overwhelmingly unhealthy is a situation where you have just lost a parent and next thing you are whisked through a gruelling series of ceremonies and visits to propel you to your parent's former position.

A LITTLE TOO MUCH....
I remember when my father passed away, I was forced to "perform" for a week until all the formalities were over. All I wanted to do was go to bed, pull the blanket over my head and mourn his loss. The outpouring of love and support for the Royal Family is beautiful but I can't help but think maybe they need some quiet time as a family. Hopefully they manage to do something privately once all the public ceremonies are over.
I GUESS IT GOT A BIT LOUD WITH THE EXCITEMENT OF HARRY AND MEG AND THEN THE KING.... YOUNG PEOPLE THINK THEYLL LIVE FOREVER SO LET THEM
This is what monarchy does. They are trained for it and they get on with it.
Until the procedures are changed, this is the procedure and what must be done regardless of the insensitivity of it. Rules do change as time goes on though. Many rules and protocols have changed as time has gone on with The Monarchy.
