Hi cityink express, I am one of your customer and I have got same Ciss system for Brother J6920dw. It is working great. But i have noticed one problem that tube and cartridges are empty (not filled) while ink cylinders are full. All other inks are working still in this conditon except black ink. What to do. Your suggestion will be really appreciated.
I have just install this system on my Brother MFC J6530DW, all seems ok other than the printer does not recognise ink level? Any suggestions?
