    Nick - what a tremendous yacht! This is undoubtedly one of the BEST layouts and designs you have shown. Feels like a 200 foot boat. Some observations: 1) the crew area was well appointed, spacious, well equipped, the proper shower ensuites were great. It’s the kind of crew area you would not feel like Scrooge making the staff live in some horrible little space. Beautiful! 2) the owners cabin was NOT overly sized, which is really smart. Let’s face it, you likely spend about an hour a day in your cabin when you are not sound asleep. The owners cabin was spacious and beautifully done up without being off the page. Loved it. 3) amazing beach club, and tons of storage. 4) roomy pilot house area. 5) gorgeous skylounge. 6) gorgeous guest accommodation. This boat is a winner on every front. They have also packed in more fridges and icemakers than one can imagine. Thanks for making my Sunday morning so delightful. LOVE Aquaholic.

    That's just phenomenal. So much space, hard to believe it's 'only' 110ft! Really love the flexibility of the cabin with an extra door that can double up as crew space - certainly if I had that sort of cash, I think I'd want fewer guests, but additional crew (such as a full-time chef), so that definitely makes a lot of sense. Brilliant design - hard to fault any of it. I think this is one of my favourite Aquaholic yacht tours so far, thanks Nick!

    Love the design of the interior and the exceptionally clever layout, hats off to the owner and Horizon. Surprised they didnt squeeze a day heads into the beach club area, but even without that, I think they've achieved almost Tardis levels of engineering to get in as much as they have into a 110ft boat. Fantastic crew accomodation too - even better than on the previous 110 you reviewed (that video just had an extra view 🙂). Thanks Nick

    Very nice boat and easy to see that a lot of thought has gone into the layout. Only thing I'd change is the colour scheme, not a fan of yellow, and try and get the fuel tanks a little bigger, love to be able to cross the Atlantic in this one.

    Nice ! I love that beach club area. The owner has this pretty well thought out. Seems like the storage areas could have used some shelving/sectioning. For the money spent, Horizon should have "thrown that in". LOL. Smart to put the Cats in for power. What's the history on the "V" drive? Love the fact that it's space saving, but many more moving parts. Seems like an accident waiting to happen. Great tour Nick.

    An owner who cares about his crew. He's going to be kicked out of the clubhouse. Love the yacht however I still can't understand why most cabins face inwards. Surely the idea of going to sea is to look out at the ocean. TV's can hinge down from the ceiling. Thank you Nick for another great review.

  • @EdwardTilley
    @EdwardTilley 8 месяцев назад +1

    Nice for sure; needs a swimming pool? Is there a perfect size for these yachts - now that you have seen so many? I notice that a too big yacht is impersonal and becomes very crew focused. What is the best size in your opinion, and - I'd guess you would recommend this style of beach club?

    Apart from a few modern touches I'm surprised at how old this yacht looks. Feels like a 20 years old slightly refurbished one, with its color scheme and material choices. The glass doors in the master cabin, the plain white exterior flooring or the tinted flybridge windscreen make it lose all the new expensive boat feeling.
    Apart from that great detailed tour as always Nick, although on this one there seems to be a constant rumble throughout the tour. Was it the inside fans or the inflatable structure next to the boat that was heard from the inside?

  • @Mrsnichols1965
    @Mrsnichols1965 8 месяцев назад +1

    I like the lush green area off the starboard side. Why don't boats make space for plants? We have plants in our homes, and I think a planted area on an outdoor deck space would enhance the feel and make it less artificial feeling. Just me I suppose, but with that much boat, I'm surprised a small planter is never part of the design.

    Great tour. A bit rushed perhaps. Touring the larger yachts, spending a little more time might be whorented. Might I suggest mentioning whether a yacht has a water maker or not would be of interest. The enthusiasm and skill with which you undertake these tours is greatly appreciated.

    Like the thoughtful design of the boat, movement around the boat just flows for owners, guests and crew. Not sure of the decor colours ( owner choice who pays the bills) but really like the marble over the boat. But I love, love the seating area where the tender is stored. She is a very sociable boat and that's what you want for holidays. Good boat for rental I think.

    The manufacturers have jumped the shark with the indoor open to the outdoor (have all flying bugs have been eradicated from earth? 👀). Also, the galley open to the salon just allows your furniture, carpet, and fabric window coverings to easily absorb all smells from the galley.

    In the beachclub not all is perfect. Sitting on the couch you will hurt your head on these hydraulic system just above it.
    But what a increabable lot of space. A social area on the bow, at the transom, a beachclub, a topdeck kind of fly bridge, a second big entertaining deck with a skylounge, a big salon and almost everywhere bbq etc. And only 8 guests on board 😳
    Are this people who all need their own safe space or do they actual not like each other?

      I think that's not the point.
      Yes you have 8 permeant guest but realistically you're at anchor near coast or in harbor and invite a lot of friends and family and can totally have a party with over 50 people there.

    Fantastic superyacht, fantastic bar areas and the most fantastic yacht tourer 🤗 Maybe a classic man (old) like me, would like a little more dark wood, but that yacht with that layout, just ROX 😜

    Fantastic boat and an even more fantastic tour Nick. One question which may sound stupid and probably is - As an owner of one of these, do you have carte blanche to go wherever you want on your own boat or are there unspoken rules that you usually keep off the bridge and crew areas etc? Greetings from a white and crap Scotland.

      I think most owners would have a certain amount of decorum regarding entering crew cabin areas.

    Where did the starboard stairway next to the helm lead to? My apologies Nick. You did show this, I forgot that the stairway led down to the crew space. My error.
