    There isn’t a much sweeter sound than a Leslie it’s great with a guitar and even better with a Hammond B3 organ ✌🏼✌🏼

      Gilmour never used a uni-vibe during the recording sessions but used both a Maestro Rover and Leslie 147. The uni-vibe was only used for live sessions. So your argument is incorrect.

      @@madcapx Well at least I’m not wrong in terms of sound, as the leslie 145 and 147 are the same except for a large cabinet in the 147 , Salud !

      @@madcapx Actually, you are being completely incorrect while you try to act smartassy and miserably fail at the job. The track sheet notes from the Dark Side recording sessions indicate that David used both a rotary speaker and the Uni-Vibe on "Breathe". Uni-Vibe is instantly recognizable when you listen to the studio recording of the song, it's right there. If you don't hear it, check with a doctor, go fix your faulty ears, maybe it's not too late.

    Great sounding Leslie demo. But, c’mon man; if that Tele is a modern Custom reissue of a 1962, you can’t call it a “pre-CBS”, haha.

    Would it be possible to rig up something like a wah-wah pedal, but for controlling the speed on the Leslie speaker?

    • @Fernandosiguitars
      @Fernandosiguitars  5 месяцев назад

      There are only two speeds Slow and Fast, (no stop) and yes I have pedal where I can clic and change between both speeds, something like a Wah pedal affecting the velocity is a brilliant idea !

    • @abrahambender-doress3873
      @abrahambender-doress3873 Месяц назад

      @@Fernandosiguitarsthat would be doable but a bit tricky. The Leslie speaker runs off an AC motor. To change the speed of an AC motor you must be able to change the frequency at which the current alternates. On a dc motor you would just use a potentiometer (variable resistor) but for ac you would need a variable frequency drive hooked up in a wah pedal case. Doable but would take some work. The frequency controller would replace the stock 2 speed motor controller.
