Our daughter wants to attend an HBCU. She wants to be a nuclear pharmacist. FAMU and Xavier have good pharmacy programs.
We have looked at NCAT and love how the campus looks.

You will over Xavier. My daughter went there. They look out for their students. Small is better. My daughter went there. Of campus New Orleans is not safe safe but Xavier is group outing for the students. They are so friendly. The people that work there. The security on campus is awesome.
Xavier is a great choice. But this school is no joke so she really has to go us.

I’m coming to NCAT, in the honors program, only thing I’m nervous about is social shit. I’m a quiet guy but I’m not awkward or nun 😭 idk how imma find friends
just be yourself, people will gravitate towards you! you’ll find your circle eventually, just don’t try too hard :)
this may seem like a weird question but i am an upcoming senior with a huge interest in NCAT! is there people of all sizes there because i feel like im gonna get lost or not taken seriously because i am a 4’9 lol
@@ZoeJaee07 not a weird question at all. yes, there are people of all heights at NCAT. the inclusivity is real. you won’t feel left out at all and people will take you serious.
I’m so hurt, I applied for honors I didn’t get finalist for the scholarship, and they put me on waitlist for the program 🤦🏽♀️ try again next year 😂
take it with grace. you definitely can apply for honors again next year and have a better chance at getting in. have you filled out any other outside scholarships?

Do you think the tuition will get higher as time passes?
yes, for example my tuition was 35k this year. next semester it’ll be 39k

@@montreviusnazeir9502 hey! honestly, things may have changed since I applied. i would say definitely check the requirements and keep your gpa high. also, know the deadline for applying. the earlier you apply, the better. if there are essay questions, get someone to review your answers for you.

How does it feel to go out of state school and not know anyone
the best advice that I could give would be to try to connect with others coming to ur selected school via social media, just to get yourself out there.
i would also say to step out of your comfort zone and meet ppl when you get on campus
I got accepted into the honors program at ncat, how do I get housing in villages?
as an honors freshman, you should automatically be considered for villages. after you attend NSO, housing should send you an email about about picking housing for special populations and Blair/mcneil should be an option :)

@@vaneciafletcher6186 if I’m not mistaken, honors chooses before everyone regardless of the NSO. now when it comes to registering for classes, the earlier the NSO … the better
