Baby Back Ribs on an offset smoker - Char-griller Smokin' Champ grill

Today we are smoking some Baby Back ribs on the Char-griller Smokin' Champ offset smoker. These ribs were tender and had a good bite. The flavors of the bbq sauce and my rub which you can pick up at www.cookingwit... was a great combination.
