    when adding bones and testing movements, the black border separates from the filling color .... did I miss something from your steps ?

      Are you referring to the toon outline we make using the Solidify modifier? In that case, it's normal for a transparent gap to show between the outline and the model at different angles. It's unfortunately a limitation of the inverted hull method (what we used to make the outline). This can be mitigated by using a smaller outline or by adjusting the outline width in different areas using weight painting (which I'll explain at some point on this channel).
