In today’s battle of the waters, we have new two contesters, Fiji vs Essentia Water!
The first test we will do is for - antioxidants.
Why antioxidants?
Well, because they will help us fight free radicals.
And what are free radicals?
In short, free radicals steal electrons from our healthy cells, and by that create cellular inflammation and oxidation. They are found everywhere, in our food, drink, air, even in the electronics we use.
That’s why antioxidants are important for our body. They come in and give away their own electrons to free radicals, by that saving our cells and keeping them healthy and intact.
Antioxidants bring down the oxidation, inflammation and help reduce sickness and disease.
But how do we test that?
ORP Test
To test if these waters are antioxidant-rich, we are going to use an ORP meter.
ORP stands for oxidation-reduction potential. It basically shows the ability of the water to reduce oxidation of the cells.
If our contenders are oxidizing, our test will show a positive value which means that the water is positively charged. On the other hand, if they contain antioxidants, anti-inflammatory, and anti-aging properties, we will get a negative value.

We got a big positive number, 267 and rising, which means that Fiji water is creating oxidation, thus it’s bad for our health.
What about Essentia Water, will it do any better?

Essentia Water did better, however, it is still oxidizing us.
Yet, to be fair, Essentia wins this battle!
But is there water that shows a negative value, the water that is good for our body, the water that doesn't oxidize our cells?
Yep, there is! Check this out!

As you can see, this mystery water scored a negative value of -760! This water is reducing oxidation, inflammation, and keeps us healthier!
2. Alkalinity
Knowing that cancer and sickness can not survive in an alkaline environment, we should keep our body slightly alkaline.
Our blood, for example, has a pH level of 7.36. By taking in acidic food, sodas, tobacco, our blood has a hard time maintaining that level.
However, our body will do anything in its power to maintain that level.
How?
By taking the minerals and nutrients from our body, skin, ligaments, and joints.
Unfortunately, this process leads to different health conditions, such as bad skin quality, osteoporosis, Alzheimer's and more!
That's why we want to consume alkaline water.
And to see if Fiji or Essentia are acidic or alkaline, we're going to use pH Drops.
pH Test
We will put a few pH drops in the water.
If we see a red, orange, or yellow that means the water is acidic and is eating the minerals and electrolytes in our body or in the foods that we're consuming.
If we see a blue, purple, or dark purple, that means the water is alkaline and keeping the balance.

why would it matter if essentia absorbs better? Cause what are we absorbing since it turned below neutral ?

Essentia can't be the better of the 2 . Cause it's not giving minerals/vitamins but is absorbent and oxidizes us a little less.

Not sure and it’s really up to the person. I bring this water with me EVERYWHERE even on flights across the oceans to different countries. I had friends who would go to amusement parks thinking they could just drink bottled water after having this and we ended up leaving the park to fill up and come back. Once your body experiences true hydration, there is no going back. Like why would you want to?
If we are going off the tests, so far I haven’t found one that passes all 3 tests.
So unfortunately I can’t advise which bottled water is best for you. 😞I use to recommend waters and some couldn’t drink the bottles I recommended back then. So What works for someone can give others health challenges.

hey i was drinking essentia for nearly a month and was great and then out the blue 1 day i started getting a sour stomach and a bloated feel from it.. aint reasons why?
Too many factors in there, plus I’m not a medical professional. Maybe visit a doctor and see.

What do you mean “that does the same”? There’s nothing to that bottle. It’s plastic with a wrap around it that says kangacell. It does nothing to the water. If you look at any of the videos I’ve done lately, I don’t even use it anymore.
