Strange Strut/Shock Install on my Foxbody Notchback

  • In this video I remove the non adjustable Koni shocks from my car, and replace them with some adjustable Strange brand units. With my planned outings to the drag strip this summer I felt that I needed the adjustability for dual hatting some street and strip action.

    Glad to see your stack of spacers for the bump steer resemble mine…. I used every single one the kit came with 😳. Was worried I had something adjusted or installed wrong…

      When I installed the K-member on my 85, I noticed the bumpsteer was horrible without the bumpsteer kit. I found it acted the best when the steering tie rod was about parallel with the A-arm. Without having the Maximum Motorsports kit to measure it, that is the best I could come up with with my calibrated eyeball.
