O boy I needed your help, thank you! My manual doesn’t mention what to do at all! Very impressed with how it works. When I plugged and played all I got was it stitching a straight line backwards, until I copied you. Thank you!
So... if I wanted to do a row of buttonholes... How do I line them up so that they ALL start exactly at the same point? On my old machine, all I had to do was draw a line and start my button hole on that line. This one seems to start a bit above that line, then go all the way around and then below that line is where it finishes off the button hole. This is really frustrating.
I too am having problems with my sensormotor foot. I know it is pushed in as far as it will go and yet I continue to sew a straight line. The first time I used it I got a buttonhole but not ever again. I have tried over the past two days with no luck. Please advise. Thank you.

Thank goodness for your tutorials! Sometimes the manual is not very clear.

I had this problem. Somehow, I managed to engage the straight stitch needle plate so it would not not sew the zigzag...
I have the same problem as you. Can you tell me how you manage it? Thank you
Sadly the text covers the foot area
