- Sup guys, BlaneAbbiction here and this is the fleet history of Mexicana Boeing 727. The ones who inspired me to do this were Scaring Crab and Ibirdball. And yeah, HOPE YOU ENJOY THE VIDEO.

The Special Tails livery is my favorite. Beautiful and colorful, reminiscent of Braniff's Flying Colors scheme, which is another favorite livery series of mine.

1966-2003? Usually airlines retire them between 2000-2001
Northwest Airlines retired their 727s in 2003 as well
Delta also retires them in 2003.

Hola sabrán en donde está el XA-MEE el q hizo el ultimo vuelo de 727 en Mexicana ?
Ese se mandó a Tamaulipas a un parque que existiría, desgraciadamente ahí quedó por muchos años al no llevarse a cabo el parque. Quedó a manos de drogadíctos y jóvenes que lo usaron para tener "raves", fue totalmente grafiteado y finalmente por "razones inexplicables" una noche terminó su vida envuelto en llamas. El municipio se encargó de recoger los restos y tirarlos a la basura.

Fue víctima de lo que un pueblo sin conciencia histórica aeronáutica puede hacer. Viciosos drogadictos lo mutilaron, allanaron, grafitearon y finalmente quemaron. Un avión histórico que pudo haber sido parte de un Museo de la Aviación Mexicana, destrozado por unos salvajes (callejeros y autoridades). ¡Vergonzoso!.
