- 👋 OCD sisterita here again lol
Finally made the video of my prayer journal! I created this journal (mostly using the app GoodNotes) to go alongside my prayer Bible- to be used together every day!
It has been tremendously helpful in keeping me organized and I’m happy to share it in hope that it blesses even one person
It has a few sections, I went through it as quick as I could lol- so if anyone has questions feel free to ask 😊

A side note, I had another reason for opening YT this morning and your video popped up in a suggestion. I almost didn't watch it because I had the other topic (verse mapping) on my mind. But I did and I'm sooo glad I did.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart. You have made sense of the purpose of a prayer journal, and you are seeing results in all those answered prayers. You should make a list of them to tuck into that back pocket!

Thank you so much for sharing this! I made a prayer bible in January, with the intention of using it all year, but I found myself struggling to fit it into my daily quiet time routine. I originally thought it was bc I put too many tabs so it felt chaotic and overwhelming to try to pray for all those topics all the time. This companion journal method is going to be SO HELPFUL! I can’t wait to implement it!

Hi Brandi, I love your system! I think the best part is your collection of answered prayers. When you look at them in a bundle, it really shows how wonderful our Heavenly Father is and how much He listens to His children that pray to Him and ask for guidance from Him first!

Thank you sis! That’s very kind and I’m so happy you love it too! I hadn’t considered making them for others since it would need your photos and personal things. I do have all the pages I created in making it saved as PDFs so it wouldn’t be impossible to make another 🤔
I have the binder so I just need the pages, I can tape my pics in it.
I would use ribbon on the paper clips and not have the tabs.
That way you don’t have to have the tabs for the sections where the paper clip is.
I’m working on it but difficult without a printer

Can you tell me where you got your Bible strips?
I’d love to tell you! To clarify, are you asking about the tabs I used in my Bible? If so, I made them! Using scrapbook paper from Hobby Lobby and a Tab punch from Amazon, and then attached them with some double sided tape from Walmart.

This is a great system. I noticed you pray for Trump but you don't list Biden as a leader you pray for ans he is the current president. No judgment and I'm not try to start drama I honestly just want to know why you would pray for one and not the other

@juanitaweston6131 Great question! I don’t have a perfect answer for you. I did not list him individually because in my mind I pray for him when I pray for the United States as a whole, as our current president.
As I made the list I felt God wanted me to specifically pray for Trump, and since he doesn’t fit under another category- I added him as an individual
Like I said, not a perfect answer, but this system is about doing what works for your own unique brain lol.. and it’s just what made sense to me.
I’ve found it’s best to lay it out in a way that makes sense to You personally- that way you are more likely to use the journal to its full potential AND keep returning to it day after day 😊 Hope that helps!
