- Today we built a great DIY incubator super easy. We are using heat tape with the ve-200 thermostat. Super easy and way cheaper to build! This was an old freezer than was going to get thrown away and I repurposed it!
We have a town near us called Bangor and if my son asks where I am and if I'm there I say "I'm in Bangor " and he says " i didnt even know her" been a joke here for a long time. I loved it when you said it.
That’s awesome haha. I love that joke itsbgreat
@@State48TurtleTortoise We don't talk that way here. It is not funny. Think about it - if you heard a man talk about your daughter that way. Or your wife or your mother.
Thanks for the vijeo. I am looking at videos for info for basically doing the same thing, but for a chicken egg incubator, and heat tape was one of my ideas. How has it been? Any updates?
So my version worked really well. I then moved it to make a larger incubator and failed to put a fan in the larger space. And had hot spots. I have since invested in a professional grade incubator. It’s my most recent video on the channel. But the DIY one is very doable.
If it’s for chicken eggs though you may as well just buy one in my option. You won’t save much if you are going to buy a nice thermostat and heat tape.
Five minutes of yada yada yada - we came here to DIY.
Amirite? Ha🤣
My man forgot to take his meds before filming, lol
Amen dude
Where did you procure your heat tape from?
Slow down your movement of the camera, please.
I believe I purchased it on Amazon!
Does it work?
Works absolutely perfect. I have 4 clutches of albino sulcata eggs in it
Did they hatch yet? Are you near SC?
bro, please stop with the sudden camera movements. Your video gave me a headache within the first 2 minutes.

I gotta build one of these for chickens! I am a new farm owner....
You could, you would need a fan I think, however the big challenge is turning the eggs on a timer with chickens gaha
