The Lions may have lost, but, what a season they had! It was exciting to watch. Despite, being Bucs fans, we were all secretly cheering for them to win!
Very informative. I’m glad to see y’all on the move with the airstream, again. Thanks for all the advice on your upgrades. I’m sure there are lots of people that could use this advice. Much love to all three of you. ❤❤❤❤❤
Great ideas. We love our magnetic knife bar! Looking to change our mattress very soon. Thank you for sharing all your hacks and modifications. - Michelle
Thank you for the tips. Curious how you wired the TV to the rig’s speakers. I have a 2021 Globetrotter with (I believe) the same Fusion radio but I can’t figure out how to connect the TV to the Aux input. I tried a HDMI to Coax converter but that did not work. Got only static. Thank you!
Great call on the 3M Window Tint and powered T Brush. Will be adding them to the list, like you we did a bunch of small but key mods to our last trailer... Under glow, soft start, Mattress, 3M Strips, hardwired fairy lights, USB outlets, Paper Towel Holder, cabinet storage bins, on door storage hanger, under mount black tube & ammo box for black tank accessories, etc. Get to do it again on our new 2024 trailer once it arrives :) Happy camping!!
My favorite tiny mod I did recently is add an adhesive wall mount for my iPad. It’s small and doesn’t stand out, so I can put my iPad in an area that doesn’t have a tv and use it to watch streaming channels while sitting at our banquette. Dockem Koala Tablet Wall Mount Universal, Damage-Free Adhesive Wall Dock for iPads, Tablets, Smartphones, and eReaders (Chrome-Plated Plastic)
The mattress topper we used for the bed in our Airstream Interstate 24GT is the "Nestl" 2 Inch Memory Foam Mattress Topper, Gel Infused Ventilated Design, California King. We had to cut it down slightly to make it fit the bed. Cheryl then took two sheets and sewed them together along with a velcro closure strip at the end to create a removable, washable cover. The mattress can be ordered in 2", 3", and 4" thicknesses. We chose the 2" because it's can be easily folded or rolled for storage in our rear overhead. We also found it was great to sleep on and very comfortable. During our last trip, we didn't bother packing it away each day. We simply folded the end up onto the seat, and let a portion drape over the back of the seat (we removed the head rests and left them home). This worked great for us, but might not for you if you have Dash's seat anchored in the back. I hope this helps! Travel safe!
@VectorPrime27 I noticed in one of your comments you have an Interstate. You mentioned that your experiences were OPPOSITE of our Wander Local friends. I'm planning on getting a 2024/2025 Interstate. Would you mind sharing your positive experiences as well as the stats? (Year, Model, Mpg, E1 longevity and ease of use, etc.) Thanks!
@@jeffvance383 We have a 2016 AI24GT. It was a single owner and only had 19k miles on it when we purchased it. To date, we have not had any issues. Everything works as it is supposed to work. Keep in mind, Daniel and Lauren have a much newer AI that has the E1 package (lithium batteries instead of a generator...we have a propane generator). It also has some of the newer electronic systems. It was also constructed during Covid. As near as I can tell, RV's from all MFG's built during that timeframe have more issues. This is likely because of cutbacks in skilled labor, and the issues with the supply chain. To date, we have traveled almost 10,000 miles in ours (we've had it 10 months now) and spent a total of about 39 days in it. We are about to leave on a trip from Florida up to Oregon and down the California coast before heading back. The AI works perfectly for my wife and I (married 44 years). So far we have been happy, but our hearts go out to Daniel and Lauren for all the trouble they have had. I sincerely hope Airstream will make this right for them. Good luck!
A 3 inch lift kit, installed by my husband. I didn't want it , but it has helped getting us into some crazy spots. Did I miss where Dash sleeps now ? So many great mods ! Wanda & Vinnie, Charleston SC
So sorry I missed your live. But u know me im here now watching. I miss your Dailey vlogs 😢. Safe travels always 💖 God Bless Ya'll. Dash is getting sooo big hows potty training going ? He is such a handsome little man . Mucho Love from your friend in Michigan Tam ❤️ ♥️ 💕 💗
Hi dear friend! Sorry we missed you. We're hoping to do another series of daily vlogs soon! There's lots going on lately, so we'll have a ton of cool stuff to share! As far as potty training - we moved so much that our daily training went to poo poo. Now that we're somewhat stationary for a little while, we're resuming the training. He's already doing so so well! Sending you lots and lots of love, friend!
Did you make a stand alone video about the under carriage lighting? Would love to see specific details about how it is connected to the system and controlled. Picking up a 2017 International 30 next week and would love to install some accessory lighting.
Good Evening Wanderlocal Family, Showing Us Your Modifications is a Game Changer and For New RV Traveling People to know. Loving the Outside Mountains ⛰️ Deco is Beautiful and Little Dash is taking over the video 📹 tour. Thanks for Sharing Enjoyed and Blessings 🙏❤️🥰😇 From Pennsylvania,USA
You mention the Chrome Latches on the rear storage having no functional use just looked cool. Their functional use is the key used in them is not the #751 key that a lot of RV manufactures use on their locks. Helps keep out certain people. What's the scoop on the class B van?
Velcro is the best! We also use 3M VHB tape for the ‘don’t want it to ever move’ types of jobs. As far as the van vs trailer, we’ll alway have the trailer. The van is TBD. 😜
We do when we're stationary. When we're on the road (hotels, etc), he usually crashes with us. He takes up as much room as a Great Dane puppy, though. 🤣

Great video
Sorry that I missed this video. Will watch now. Cheering for our home team the “Lions.” Unfortunately they lost. But we are so so so proud of them.

I like the toilet brush that sticks to the wall . Genius . Definitely don’t want that to spill over when driving !
As always, great video!

Oh, that's a great idea! We'll have to check it out. Thanks for sharing. Even little mods can make all the difference!
Followed your lead. Got the BB Aurora Luxe. Love it!
😍 True story, we're looking at getting another one for the house now. We have one of those purple mattresses, but it's not as comfortable.

Very good point about the keys!!! We should have mentioned that. Also, new video is out on our trip across the US in the van. Whew.
Would love to buy a Brooklyn mattress
A while back I asked you guys the year of your trailer because I was confused, now I know it is the blue stripe!! Lmao!!! Safe travels!
🤣 Exactly! It’s a 2021 in disguise. 😜
@@Wanderlocal You guys are the best!
I love the Velcro strips for just about everything. Will you be keeping your van or just your airstream? Dash is adorable by the way 😊

Where does Dash sleep?
😄👍🌹
😜🙌❤️
me and my wife always watch your channel wondering if you want to meet us Saturday night at eyes wide shut off of highway 60 in Branden for drinks. ??
