Well that was a special treat!! I am TOTALLY with Elizabeth about the magic of a bra. I have had three pregnancies, breastfed each of them for a year and my breasts are as still firm as when I was 20. I wear a good supportive bra everyday, wear a sports bra to the gym and I even have a crop top that I wear to bed.
Heather Valentine I wear an underwire bra to sleep. Always have.

never wear a bra to bed - especially one with underwires -(one of the causes of breast cancer) read a book called killer clothes - you will feel that you have to throw out most of your wardrobe
