Let's go back together! Our favorite was probably the first and last place because it felt most authentic being on the streets and also local flair. We tried a lot more around Vietnam, but in HCMC, that one was our favorite after 4 places.

The pho is actually not as sweet as we get here in Chicago which we love. The thing is there are so many different ways to make and so many flavor profiles too! That's what makes it so special!
I've been falling in love with Vietnamese food recently! There's a local place down the street from me, its such a great little spot! I only discovered Vietnamese sandwiches recently and its one of my favourite things now! So happy to see that the prices are beyond affordable too! And a gorgeous scattering of incredible architecture! Great video as always!

Very impressive post office building...so much things going on and yes, checking this out once travelling is on the go again for me. Love the fried spring rolls and the roasted chicken...plus of course KFC hahhaha. Those soup they serve there reminds me of the ones I had in Bangkok...on the streets.
In Vietnam, do not hesitate to sit at the outside stalls and try the pho. I tried once at a random stall in Hanoi, to date, it is still the best I ever tried!
Ahhh man I have seen that church all over IG! It sucks that it was closed 😞 we have been to places before where the construction was ruining everything! all of the food and drinks looked SO delicious. I seriously can’t wait to try Bahn mi in Vietnam! It’s sooo funny that I’m watching this right now because Seth and I just ordered from KFC earlier 😆 there are a lot of KFC’s in Mexico so when we feel like eating some mashed potatoes and chicken lol.
We always have the worst timing! Even when we were at Notre Dame it was under construction as well! You are right, the church's are ALWAYS and IG! I love that we were in sync and matched up KFC! Would love to travel with you guys some day!

Lol a pink hotel. Pho looks good. Ok bánh mi. This is one of my favorite sandwiches. If I pass a place and see it, I’m sold. I’ve had it in NYC (obviously), Long Island, Houston, Chicago and Cleveland etc. I cannot eat Vietnamese food without eating something with lemongrass in it. So good!

I really wonder if Vietnam has better pho than what we have here in Socal... even my parents believe they make it better here. Is B more of a chicken pho type of guy? I think it really just depends on specific restaurants are whether it's good or not. I find pho tends to be a little too sweet in some places. Bernard doesn't eat beef at all so that's why it's always hard because we must find Chicken Broth or chicken based soups. Yes, it was a bummer that all those places were closed :(. Not great for photos.

That’s something we try to do but we usually have a lot of crap shits that I (Frank) struggle with making something halfway decent. There’s so much to think about when filming. Pho is one of my favorite dishes in all the world. I sometimes feel a bit basic when I order it in a restaurant though cause I should try some other Vietnamese food. I can't help it though its just soooooo gooooooood!

50thousand, one would be scared of hearing that price but once we convert it turns out to be cheaper. Banh Mi, the dish looks good and the prices are in thousands :). So much food. The noodles look good, don't they have thinner noodles then regular or may be they are made of something else. I experienced that in a Vietnamese restaurant in US.
IKR, that's why when you visit Vietnam, you can easily turn a Millionaire overnight walking out from an ATM. lol. Usually for Pho they serve with rice noodles which is on the thicker side, it can get thinner, but I think that's a whole different dish altogether
