@@exploreaswego Toronto has so many ethnic neighborhoods and markets. You can go explore as you go (see what I did there?) and enjoy each one for what they offer. We love the Chinatown area, ate great food there and did a little shopping.

These are some great tips! It's always unfortunate when a place is not very walkable. Luckily, you could use that app to get rides. We've been using bolt during our time in Georgia 😄🚗 all the food markets are making me drool 🤤 looks amazing! We would definitely want to try the Vietnamese coffee ☕ would probably check out all of the things you mentioned in this video aside from the shopping 😅

It's good to go on the tour of Ho Chin Minh. It will help plan the trip to the city. Ben Tahn market looks more like old Delhi market. The street food and the architecture of HCMC is top choices for me out of 5.
Saigon is for sure not a walking city, that's one of my biggest peeves about it. My motorbike gets me around but I definitely miss walking! Glad you guys got to explore, I'm lucky to say I've tried all these already aha :)
The main force for us to start traveling full time was to get out of a rut of working full time and not being happy and feeling fulfilled. In addition, our families are on opposite sides of the world and with a 2 week holiday, there was so much time spent working and not living for ourselves.

Now are they strict on which name to use while there? I've been to a couple of places that have 2 different names and people can be picky about it. Lol my friend Skye that I was traveling with would have to be dragged out of that market. Mmm Street food. Not the biggest fan of coffee but, I'd be willing to try some Vietnamese coffee do they serve tea there? Love the blend of Asian and French architecture. Now does backpacker street have karaoke?
TONS of Karaoke and TONS of adventure. Most people will just call it Saigon cus it's shorter than HCMC. That's what the locals said at least. Why would you get dragged out of that market!?!?! I wouldn't want to leave because there is so much to buy and eat! HAHAH.

Oh, we get it ALL THE TIME!!!! It's such a hard language to learn! it happens to us in Bali all the time too! Wedee is learning Indonesian language as we speak
It is frustrating, but we always feel bad when we go to a new place and can't communicate with locals! It takes a while to be fluent, but Wedee has been doing lessons before we go to new places in hopes of having some basic conversation.

Coffee culture in South Asia is pretty big.. Like you mentioned about Vietnam, Southern India also has a hit coffee culture.. 5 days sounds appropriate to experience the true essence of this place as it has so much to explore… Haha the bloopers was so much fun 😝

There is no public transportion really besides the buses. That's why we recommend the Grab or renting motorbike! Have you been there before???
