That lasted until he signed the NDA. And yes, NDAs are pretty strict especially when it comes to such public figures. And even though he had the NDA signed he still talked to Yuri about it and asked if he could tell Kitty. We also need to keep in mind that he didn't want to tell other people about Yuri's secret, because it was not his secret to tell, which makes him a good friend as he respected her wishes.

I'm sorry but Yuri is just as into Kitty as Kitty is into Yuri. She just doesn't seem to realize it yet. She literally talks about her so much that Juliana, who only appears in 5 scenes of the entire show complains about it in 2 of those 5 scenes she watched Kitty staring at her lips and didn't interrupt kitty when she began a speech with "maybe it's fate" , " i have to tell" and then go on to talk about knowing love. She literally put told the girlfriend that she just got back to wait up so that she could call her mom to ask her to let kitty come back to school. I'm sorry but she is either in denial about her crush or she's oblivious the crush, not regardless she is crushing on Kitty
