You can just tell by the way that the family is looking at Frank that they're just done with his attitude. They've realized by now that if their father just wants to mope around and be angry, then they'll just let him. They won't blame themselves for his attitude anymore when he's just mad.

I can really see Frank's desire to mope; honestly being demoted for shit that isn't even his fault and getting paid even less than he was before is pretty terrible. But his family has had to deal with the fallout of these terrible things; when terrible things happen, Frank gets angry and takes it all out on his family, so of course they're tired of him moping around. It sucks what happened but he can either mope about or move on.
if they ever make a sequel to the show, it should take place in the 1980’s, Kevin moved out to pursue his rockstar dream, Bill and Maureen are in high school or middle school, and Megan (the baby) is now walking and talking and in kindergarten, and all the other characters, well let’s just say i haven’t thought that far ahead
Man did losing in Nam really do a number on the States. Ended their dreams of a empire and cheap resources, and the economic troubles in the 70's age of urban decay. It's been down hill for them since.
I’m the complete opposite. This show makes me feel a lot better because I can relate to frank in so many ways. Frank fits the typical angry combat vet who had a traumatic childhood and that anger from childhood and going to war carries over into his marriage and adult life. This show is relatable to a lot of people who have problems.
Then earth starts getting attacked by mirror people and first they took Frank Then they took sue As the 2 main Protagonists besides Maureen Murphy She holds her sister’s hand When her dad was controlled by queen beryl She Said bill Kevin go upstairs and lock your room doors They nodded Kevin transformed into tuxedo sun And Maureen turned into sailor earth I know their Henshin phases Maureen: EARTH POWER MAKE UP
