I bet Chief could probably be a Seraphim Angel Dog. He looks like an interesting character too wish he had more roles. It also would've been awesome to see the All Dogs Go To Heaven versions of Adam Eve and Lilith as Dire Wolves and All Dogs Go To Heaven Adam as the new main antagonist and the first angel who is a villain. I imagine him as a bigger threat than even Hellhound Red and Belladonna.
