Great ovens! I suggest that you try a Neapolitan pizza dough. Just check out Vito’s videos, he explained everything pretty well. Good luck!

I do not think your stones were hot enough. The bottom crusts were not browned. Also, I suggest a light coat of olive oil on the perimeter of the crust... it will give you a wonderful golden brown and a slight crunch.
Other than that, the off brand seemed ok. I wonder if it has insulation in it like the Ooni.

Not sure why I was suggested this video. But I watched it through. Here's my unwatned input. Bottum part of the crust looked soft as hell. WACK. Those police that missed out on the pizza party. WACK. I'd buy a BakeJoy. Not WACK. Yeah, I guess that's about it. Oh, and great value sauce. SUPER WACK, bro wtf.
