You know what I love, that you can run a rake that long and it doesn't swallow up the layout. It shows the epic size of your layout that it doesn't look out of place
Lewis, it’s lovely to see this part of the layout once again! I’m very down in the dumps with rotten health at the moment, and this has really lifted my spirits! Thank you so much, your railway is sublime! 👍👍👍
Back to where it all began. Not bad for a first attempt. 🤣 It looks great as always and you have the skills to show the layout at it's best. I do love the real sounds you mix in too. Cheers!
Hi Lewis every aspect of your layout is a pleasure to see on RUclips wonderful stuff i look forward to every one, i no its the same layout every time but its how you film it coupled with the sound file makes it believable. thank you.
Morning Lewis, not only do we get great trains running but we also have the most incredible sound effects, sounds that take you right there, you're really going to have to work on smell! If only we could overcome that one 😂😂 brilliant start to my morning. Thanks again Lewis eddy xx
Nie tylko Piękne, ale I Zadziwiające. Serdeczne Dzięki za ten Wspaniały pokaz który nie tylko Cieszy, ale I Zdumiewa. Pozdrowienia z Pomorza (Polska). 🤗 👍 (h).
Thankyou Lewis that was top notch ,absolutely brilliant ,nice long goods & passenger rains really adding to times gone by with classic locos like B1 & crab . Thankyou .😊😊
Great to return to the model railroad that probably inspired me into the hobby and taught me it is not all about the pure volume of track, more about the railroad sitting in and not dominating the scenery. Thinking this may be in your parents attic, thus you are probably no longer operating this on a regular basis, so all things considered the layout is holding up remarkably.
Thanks Tom, really appreciate that comment. Glad you liked the videos and the layout. Yep you’re right, it goes a good few months without a run, but works perfectly which is just good luck I think 🤣
My personal favourite is the shot from the bridge past the railway cottages to the tunnel, watching the stopping local taking the curve and disappearing into the tunnel, thanks for sharing
This subscriber, for one, is very pleased to see you back at "the beginning"! There are some epic settings on this layout. Thanks for sharing. Excellent video.
Bonjour Lewis, stunning layouts and always a real pleasure to see your excellent video's. The Hornby B1 is a great locomotive and I'm glad to see the new release. Runs very smoothly and your weathering is just superb ! Thanks for sharing & all the best. Filip
Absolutely stunning, your layout is fantastic and your videos are class, they are incredibly relaxing and you feel transported into the scene huge well done
Going back to where it all began means showing the bigger railway before Misselthwaite even existed. Nice to see two steamies running. The K1 has a higher pitched whistle. Listen to B1 steamy Mayflower's whistle, which is exactly the same, and you'll see what I mean.
Well Lewis I too unlike Johnlunnun needed to celebrate the results of medical tests and what better way than watching a Moudly Raspberry video whilst eating toast with Roses raspberry jam. Lovely to see the original layout once again and together with the sounds one really gets the feeling that one is at the track side just watching the trains go by.

That’s a great point - one day I want a layout where I can run 12-14 coach trains and it doesn’t look out of place 🤣 one can dream…
@@MouldyRaspberry hmm are you going all Pete Waterman on us? 😂

Masterful, nice to see a lengthy freight and a 'Antelope' on a passenger.
Thank you!
Delightful as ever. . . . and full of nostalgia. Good to see the beginnings too. Thank you - and Happy Easter all.
Thank you!

The perfect rural idyll. ❤ Those summer days lying in the grass with a piece of straw hanging out of your mouth watching the trains go by. ❤

As usual, nice show ! And with a Mogul too !
BTW, I'm a fan of the LNER B1, my favorite British 4-6-0.

Great video. Do you know how long the portable layout is? Thanks
Thanks! None of its portable, it’s all fixed in place 👍🏻
@@MouldyRaspberry the one in your house?
The roof is hanging off of one of the woggons
Yes I noticed that when watching it back!
if i won the lottery, i'd offer you a lot of money to build me a layout just like these
