The Class 37 as a unique dirty sound. Which makes them a favourite amongst train enthusiasts. Famous for their Thrash and Clagg. Amazing video. Well done.
Your photography keeps getting more sophisticated. The low angles, the camera movements, the repeats from different angles etc. The predominance of close shots makes the layout look larger. I especially enjoyed the close ups of some of the characters in the scenes, like the couple camping. I appreciate your continued efforts and obviously you are enjoying what you are doing too. thanks,Ronn
Superb, I love it ! it is also a nice prototypical traffic plausible setting between 1960 and 1965, with the class 37 hauling the main passenger train, the freight with the Black Five, and the local mixed traffic with the 2MT, not yet replaced by a DMU for the passengers, and a class 20 for the freight... Everything spot on here, setting, rolling stock and traffic, your best quality as a modeller IMO.
That growler soundtrack is awesome. Coupled with your excellent camerawork, it made the video an incredibly enjoyable AV experience! You really have brought the Accurascale 37 life. My example won't arrive until after Xmas, but having seen yours I became impatient, so picked up a late Lima version, in Brunswick Green, named "Great Eastern" for £40. It's nowhere near as detailed as the Accurascale or Bachmann models of course, but it just about passes the "from 3 feet rule". Gotta love the little Ivatt 2MT too...
Hello Lewis, I love your new, more refined diesel! ..."👌" ... Your mixed sound here now is absolutely awesome 👍..." ANGRY " :-))) ... Greetings mate ... CHEERS, Olli
Nice to see your 2 new locos working & looking really fine .Eye level shots are excellent ,the sound superb ,& again your scenery just makes it so believable . Your hard work Lewis is a credit to you .😊😊
I started my N scale layout which is largely inspired by your layout here. I just made a short video about it and gave a shout out to you and Milton Parva.
First time that I've seen this video and it's absolutely amazing especially the diesel engine sound.very ethentic love the real thing too! Also like your set up .
@@MouldyRaspberry I'm using insulation as the base, so using drawing pins for the set track. I need to get one of those track cutters, hopefully pick one up at a show this weekend.
Hi Lewis, that was very enjoyable.....................See your putting your Class 37 to use already, the soundtrack for that clip was awesome, you did a really nice job of matching the sound to the video. All the best Dave.
Thanksgiving Day in the US. All the best to you, Lewis, and all the "mouldy" community! I think of your railway as friends and family being brought to spend some happy times together in Misselthwaite. Some folks leaving to spend time elsewhere. Greetings and partings on the Yorkshire rails!
great video, very well shot but @1:46 no farmer would put sheep in to graze on best pasture... that's worth its weight in gold for winter feed. Sheep go on after its been cut.
Lovely layout - you've earned yourself a sub from me! Have you thought about altering the headcode on your 37 (maybe passenger on one end and freight on the other?) so it's more prototypical when it's hauling a train.
@@MouldyRaspberry On my shopping list too, I have not been disappointed by their 9F, pricey but superb, and worth a buy (and mine has a more than decent motor too !). i hope their forthcoming Black Five would meet the same quality level.
A wonderfull layout! Just a question that pops up: how did you make the, I don't actually know how to call it, but the frame underneath/around and so on to create such depths in the landscape?
Brilliant! The real Growl and Whistle of a “Tractor” compared to tinny decoders - Just Fab 🙌🏻🔥✨
Thank you 👍🏻
Always a wonderful experience to sit and watch your layout. The trains, the stunning details in the scenery just amazing.
Thank you, always appreciate it 👍🏻
🇨🇦 Railway modeling at it's very best. Beautiful.
Thank you!

Thanks very much Ronn, really appreciate it.
As always a pleasure to be time travelled to the 1960s and your wonderful vision of a Yorkshire branch line.

This is probably the best switching I've watched on RUclips. Reminds me of watching at SVRR when stationed in the Cotswolds
Thanks!

Wieder ein echt tolles Video. Besonders gefällt mir der Sound der Diesellokomotive.
Danke 😀
In the process of learning to lay flexi track and I have a new found level of admiration for your builds Lewis beyond the visuals ! 😂
Haha thanks - just keep testing it and testing it before you glue anything down!

Can almost smell the diesel & feel the heat off that engine!
Mmmmmm
The Beatles having a no1 this November, three lovely 60’s locos!
It just has to be the swinging sixties.

Superb model scenery and excellent presentation the low angle shots look superb. Considering this model is OO gauge it is amazing. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks Richard. That’s a good idea, I need to get round to that!
Can you please do 75053 and 92167 pulling twelve coaches on the Pines Express?
First, let’s go Black 5
I’m excited for the new Hornby one 😬

@@MouldyRaspberry me too man :)
Great filming and running as always!
Where did you get the drain pipes for the Black Five?
Thanks! I thought they came with it! I think perhaps the newer ones have them included.
@@MouldyRaspberry Oh ok they didn't with mine hence why I asked but then mine is probably a slightly older model.
Lewis, Is that couple with the tent a new addition ?.... Cheers Greg
I think that’s been there a while Greg, maybe I don’t often get it in the shot though…

Thanks! Hopefully this series of videos shows it:

Yes! I saw that afterwards, watched them all.
Excellent scenery and realistic running and speeds but too many clops of the same two passenger trains coming in to the station is a bit of overkill
Thanks 👍🏻 I’d say it’s the perfect amount
And then Mister Diesel arrives ...
Very beautiful video 🤩👍 I think only moving figurines (stop motion) could improve your videos.
Thanks 😀
Where's the rest of the railway? We've hardly seen anything of it this year. I'm getting bored of seeing nothing but Misselthwaite.
The rest of the railway is 150 miles from where I live, so it’s mostly just Misselthwaite from now on!
