About 20 days, i finished a baby blanket for my nephew, with this stitch and braided cable, it turns out very beautiful. Excuse my english it's not my native language.

I just ordered the yarn. I agree that this stitch is gorgeous! My plan is a small afghan. The coral color reminds me of the sea, and it will look lovely in contrast to my navy sofa. Now-will my hands hold up or will arthritis stop me. Hope springs eternal! Thank you for this beautiful tutorial. You are a great teacher!

Whenever I have a project that is hard on my hands, etc, I make sure I have other easier projects to do at the same time. Then, when I am feeling good, I work on the difficult project, and if I am having a bad day, I work on something simple. That way, I don't get too upset about not being able to work on that one project. Eventually, it does get done. I have chronic fibromyalgia, and my job causes pain and numbness in my hands and arms. So I have numerous things going at once. Good luck!!

Hi Crystal - Wow - this is mighty beautiful and very complex! Watching you position your fingers through the completed stitches to reach backwards to do the next successive stitches had my eyes crossed and going in circles - I swear ! In my head I was giggling because all I could envision was 'so THIS is what "Crochet meets (the board game) Twister" looks like !!' LOL I struggle with BP stitches yet I can see myself trying this stitch. Thank you for all your tutorials and your inspiration. 😵🥴😵‍💫

Crystal, you're right, of course. This really is a beautiful stitch. Trying to understand how to do it has always eluded me until now. Thank you for teaching it in such an understandable way.
I'm not sure how well my hands will hold up to do an entire blanket in this stitch because, on bad days, arthritis has my hands swollen and stiff. Only simple stitches work on bad days. Hey maybe it can be one of my WIPs to work on only on good days. That'd work out great! (Sorry, I think as I type. 😁)
    Blessings!

The hardest part of the second row repeat is trying to isolate that one post only. I kept going into other loops and I would throw me off and make it harder to finish that stitch. But after doing a few and not liking it, taking them all out and trying it again, twice. I am now getting the hang of it . I have to isolate that post with my thumb. Then I do a back post triple without getting caught up with other loops from a different stitch. You are right this is hard but I will get the hang of it.
This is a very beautiful stitch and I'm making a Shawl. This will the 5th one I will be making. I can't help myself I am making Shawls one after another one.
