Thrifted and Broken 2016 JAKKS Pacific Mario Kart 8 R/C Car!

In this video I attempt to fix a broken JAKKS Pacific Mario Kart R/C racer that I found at the Unique Thrift for $2.99! It was missing the controller and in pretty rough shape.
Can I fix it?

Mine is the same way the left tires motor won't turn or go forward just in circles
