I can vouch for this tune.!Thanks to Btr for having this tune! I had this tuned by them. Both Tcu and Ecu on a 2013 Hyundai Equus!No you wont get the hp like from a forced air car.BUT.. Im telling you its worth every penny for the 20hp plus or whatever! The responsiveness of my car is 10 times better than stock, its exactly how i wanted it. But now i wll be wanting the water meth injection very soon.

I'm trying to figure out howcome it says 420hp on the 5.0 V8 but it only dynos at 325 to the wheels. I known 420 is a crank hp but still that's a 100 hp loss
Two questions is there any way to make the 8 speed on the 5.0 Rspec to shift faster? Would any of those tunes cause any issues if pair them with a pedal commander?
First this is my favorite car, Sitting in my garage ....waiting. Had a epic transmission failure, 3 replaced at the dealer and a "reflash" of the ECU, supposedly. Still won't run. Miss the 4.6 linear pull power.
So I have a 2012 4.6 and stock it dyno'd 328hp to the wheels.....so idk it if was dyno was werid but either way can these engines handle something like a NOS kit since it's basically impossible for them to be boosted well the v8s that is
With TCU or ECU tune will it stop electronic babysitter kicking in? My Rspec gets power cut everytime I get on it. Only tire spin is on a power brake. Ridiculous for a 5.0. Not saying I want to constantly blow the tires off but I don't like the car telling me no. My foot's always been good enough to control traction.
That odd, we havent heard of an issue where the car cuts out when you get on it. Car does not let you do a standing burn out but with the traction off it shouldn’t kick in mid drive just because you get on it
@@BTRcarcustoms I can power brake it but the traction control eats the power if I'm just taking off quickly. I had transmission replaced about 10k miles ago and they did a software update for the TCU. In manual mode, car auto upshifts at 5500 now as well
I own a 2012 5.0 r-spec. The traction control is what stops you from doing a burn out. Even if you turn off the traction control, it still seems to kick in to prevent tire spin. I’ve seen a lot of videos and read a lot of different threads about this. The only way to completely turn off traction control is to disable it by unplugging the fuse in your fuse box. A lot of newer cars have this feature like my Mercedes E550.
Immobiliser can be defeted, in my car i have immo disabled - it fires the engine the moment starter is shorted on the relay. No bcm needed no pdm no escl no key needed (it needs 12+ and fuell). Fun fact is smarta dosent give a flying f about immo it just sends go ahead signal but does not reqire a response from imo on pin 63.
I’m planning on getting the tcu and 93 ecu tunes, when i when to the the tcu description it said that it would require an ecu tune for it. If purchase both the 93 ecu and tcu tune could y’all tune my ecu for the tcu tune too?
Cant I just send you a spare ecu. That I got from a wrecked Hyundai genesi Rspec 5.0 and have you tuned that on6 n put it in my Hyundai genesis rspec 5.0

We only have stage 1 available for the sedans at the moment. Stage 2 is not in the works currently for this platform

My ecu has been deleted by a locksmith. Can u program it by the Vin number?

So how r u tuning these? What software are you using? Also do you ship to military bases here in the US?
We use a hardware called vf2 to read and write to the ecu. And yes we do ship to apo addresses

Do you have to get the ECU tune in order for the TCU tune to work or can I get the TCU tune then the ECU tune later??...
you need to get the ECU first then TCU or do both at the same time. TCU only will not function properly as the TCU will trip some ECU limiters

Do you need to get the ecu with the tcu or can you just get the tcu?
You need a ecu tune to go along with it. Tcu alone can set off oem limiters in the ecu

As long as you keep up with proper maintenance and fuel octane level, you should see no decline in reliability
