I have been looking for sensible realistic exercises suitable for the 50+ for such a long time and fate brought me to you. I believe that your methodical and safe exercises will strengthen my body, tone and make me feel a fit and fabulous 52 year old. Thank you so much for posting all of your incredible videos
Awesome video! I, too, have trouble with squats & lunges, my knees make a crunching noise....so this is perfect for me! So glad I found you! I am 58 & just got back into working with weights & such 6 wks ago. I have been power walking, 3 miles everyday forever & needed some toning up! I am loving how my body is responding, never too old!
I had a total knee replacement in September and I can't do full squats yet so this is a perfect. I am 55 and slim but I have no curve anymore, butt is flat! You explain perfectly how to do the excersices correctly. ....thank you.
I am so glad I found you! I'm almost 58 and just had a hip replacement in January of this year. This video was wonderful. You are an awesome teacher. I love how you explain and go through everything and at the perfect pace. I'm going to look for some more of your videos now.
I am so glad that I found you and your videos and I've looked at your website as well. I'm 51, I do exercise, pilates reformer, some hot yoga, yet I know that I need more strength training and right now my glutes in particular because they are weak. I have many aches and pains in my body and exercise is key for me and feeling better. I just did this video for the first time and it's perfect. I read below that we can do this daily until we're ready to do other strength training 2-3 times per week. I wonder what you suggest I/we can do for those 2-3 times per week strength training/cardio workouts. Thank you so much. I want to do your strength training, cardio, and pilates and I don't know how to tie it all together. I may need to go to your website for this help. Again, I'm thankful I found you, really thankful and I plan to keep going with you.
I had a toned booty until about 1 year ago and I'm 61 but now I can't seem to get muscles going, Will this help? Also, do I need to also do more hamstring exercises to hold booty up? Thanks for these exercises. I also do squats. I love these.
This is excellent. Thanks! My Physio tells me my gluteus aren’t firing in the correct sequence and I found found the Glute Bridge was very difficult for me in that I could t release at the top...if my hips were up, my glutes were on..hard. Stuck until I lowered my hips :-/ I also felt a lot of hammy involvement.... in all exercises. They take over....possibly as you say due to lazy glutes ...which of the five should I begin with... my Physio recommends clams.
HI another great one. Can you recommend exercise/stretches for me. I had neuroma right foot surgery on 3/2016. I having trouble getting strength back in foot and leg. I am walking on my treadmill but need more. I tried yoga not for me.
This set in this video you could do daily and I'd recommend it if you're trying to "wake up" a lazy set of glutes. Once you move on and you're doing more resistance training 2-3 times a week you can reduce this particular focus. The idea being- once they're awake they are going to fire during other activities, but a little tune up is always good.
I’m frustrated with cellulite I’m a vegan and active what can I do ?, I play tennis and I wear leggings to hide my upper legs . I also work out 3 times a week . The only problem I have is my back mine L5 is trouble !

another great video thanks😍😍😍
I'm so happy I found you I'm excited to start working with you.
Thanks so much for the videos.
I have one question - How often (per week) do you recommend doing this group of exercises (no problems with knees etc.)
This set in this video you could do daily and I'd recommend it if you're trying to "wake up" a lazy set of glutes. You're awesome!
