  • Honda Accord Rear Wheel Bearing Hub Assembly Replacement. In this video I show how I remove and replace the rear wheel bearing and hub assembly on a Honda Accord. You can usually tell when there is a bad wheel bearing because it will make a lot of noise. The exact vehicle in this video is a 2012 Honda Accord SE Sedan. 2008-2012 Accords should be similar. Enjoy!

My husband has been fixing cars for many years, and he said the quality of video was excellent, the technical information was explained well, and included specific tools, tips (like part #) & tricks. He was impressed, and I will add that my husband is not easily impressed.

I just watched this video a few hours ago and I just completed swapping out my hub bearing. You sir just saved me $150 in labor in not paying someone else to do it. It was simple and now I don't have that roaring coming from my rear end. Lol

You do a great job with the explanation and camera angles. I like "plan B'. Here in Tn we have some rust but nothing like those poor guys in the Northeast. I grew up in Southern California and worked on cars for extra money. I didn't realize how good we had it.

Great video! Replaced both of the bearings in the back of 09 Accord. I didnt have to undue the parking break though, may be a little harder to get out and in but I didnt want to mess it up. Thanks again.

I like it when the first thing a mechanic does it take the lug nuts of in the same order they are supposed to go on. Makes me confident he actually knows what he's doing.

2 years later this was fantastic video, very helpful and informative....with the EXCEPTION of the screws in the front and the tool used...No way false advertisement....almost all cars got them rusted in shut needing heat and tons of work..they dont ever just twist out
