I'm 49 yrs. old and have been doing jiujitsu for 12 years now and been noticing significant changes in my body during this perimenopausal phase.😩 I have had my share of injuries with meniscus tears, really bad sprains, etc. But now during this perimenopause stage my body is just going through so much change with sudden weight gain and body aches and just difficulty with movement that I'm at a point where I truly have to make some serious overall health changes to see if It makes a difference.
