    It is a very beautiful building; particularly when compared to some of it's more modern counterparts. Our local crematorium was built in the 1960s and is a very cold and clinical building.

      Isobel Tonner Hello Isobel, the Linn Crematorium is in Castlemilk, I believe this crematorium may be based in Maryhill.

    First av seen this building since wee took my Da to it Back in 2000, Blast fae the past an how I recognised the deference in my Da"s send aff being a protestant an my Ma's her being a Catholic a prod one is over befor yi know of it n So deferent way the Catholics send off a say forgive me If anybody feels deferent aboot it ! >

    Cremation s are too final but each to their own.

      Too final? You mean if we just stick the body in a box and bury them there's always hope............
