I will admit it has been a minute since we finished the campaign, and I played the Barbarian, but I believe the Shaman can play with both if played well/correctly.
@@cardboardcoalition ok, but if the shaman play with the magic arms, in this case can you use the base element and magic arms together? Or this Is different attact?
@riccardocrippa483 If I understand what you are asking correctly, the magic spell is used simultaneously with the action you take -- attack, move, ect. When performing an action, you can also use the spells on the amulet. You can also use as many spells as your current mana supply allows during an action unless a spell has a once per turn effect. I can not remember if any of the spells have a once per turn effect, though. Does this clear up any confusion?
I would say, no -- at least not without finding a way to have multiple pieces for each class. Each class comes with its own set of skill cards and class "device."

can you play more than 1 of each class in the same game? So could I have 2 or 3 berserkers?
