    So I have a question regarding the tinker (and other minions of the players that they might get during campaign play). It seems like knocking down defense of monsters is a continual fight. I often find that no player minion like this tends to have attacks that can get through the defense after level 1 or 2 and they are one shot kills by the monsters (players can be too but they have revival tokens). How can those constructs (or other similar figures) complete with the continuing defense of the mobs and wandering monsters?

      @carbondragon it has been a minute since we finished playing through the campaign, and no one in our party plaid the Tinkerer class. My son played the necromancer class, and based on that, I would say that the minions are there to gum or slow down the mods. If I remember correctly, the undead minions held back the mobs long enough for us to escape, completing the mission goals. My son seemed to really like the minion function for the necromancer.
