It does I use it every day and either lift light with high reps or do mobility exercises split squats, ect and at 56 I wake up "like a teenager" if you catch my drift
KAATSU is now distributed in 49 countries and used by numerous special forces soldiers, Olympians, and professional athletes. This speaks to the power of word-of-mouth and satisfied users.
What does he PERSONALLY do? I can never find his personal workout to keep his arms so big at his age. I thought the recommendation was to not wear them longer than 10 min at a time but every time you see him he has the bands on. Even at fitness expos he has the bands on the entire time(how long are the expos?). Is it safe to wear them much longer than 10 min at a time? Why does he just constantly have them on?
The reason why is because he is doing the KAATSU Cycle mode when you see him. His workouts are quite involved over 3 separate sessions per day. 2 of the sessions are performed during business or academic meeting using the KAATSU Cycle mode exclusively. In his evening workout, he using a combination of the KAATSU Cycle mode and the KAATSU Constant mode. If you want more detailed information on what he does, please attend the free KAATSU Q&A educational Zoom webinars held on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 12:00 pm EST.
