When you checkout and you buy 3 codes I'm assuming it supplies those codes. I only have the annual plan, but my assumption is they'll supply you with three codes. With AppSumo purchases they'll provide you with instructions on how to validate the codes. I hope this helps.

The validation instructions should be available after the purchase has been made. Typically you'll see a "validate code(s)" link and instructions.
It’s a little pricey don’t you think? I mean $99 per year? we are used to level 2 at a lifetime rate for that amount!!
