Hey man. Thank you very much for this review, I was looking through all sorts of magnetic resistance bikes and I came to this one because it had the most adjustability (4 way). I am really happy to hear that it is very silent. I will be purchasing mine today, thanks and stay healthy!
I purchased this one also because of the 4 way adjustability (both handlebar and seat). Of course also because i can connect this bike with Peloton App and Wahoo Cadence.
I have the same bike. Swapped out the saddle for a comfort saddle and now my wife and I both use it. We bought to keep working out when the Cicadas came to the area. I hate bugs.
Hello - It looks like you turned the resistance knob about 14 times to get it to max resistance. Was that from a "flat road" to max? I have a different bike and some workouts require me to change the resistance very fast so turning the knob gets a bit annoying. hmm. Have you tried any other bikes and could compare max resistance of x2?
I went from the easiest setting to the most difficult, so yes, there was a lot of turning as I had to go through the entire range. I have not owned other bikes, but I have used other bikes in gyms and have done some test runs on equipment in stores. This bike seemed to provide the same resistance range as many bikes in the $400-700 price range. Honestly, I don't see the need for more resistance than what this bike has to offer. If it had more resistance, I don't think the pedals would even move under my weight and effort. If you need more resistance than this, you might want to consider a different piece of equipment for your home gym such as a leg press.
@@gohobby9934 I used a life fitness ic7 bike at my gym and it's super tough at the high end. You're right about a leg press, if I want a real strength workout, I should get a different piece of equipment. Thanks for commenting.
Just curious how this is holding up / performing for you after these 3 months? Any slippage on the handlebar san holes? Any other negatives or positives to report? Thanks
I think so. However, it would be nice if the resistance was programmable and had options to change randomly to mimic changing terrain of a real ride. That’s something you can get on much more expensive bikes.
@@avilalopez1 thanks yeah I decided to go ahead and buy one and actually noticed exactly what you just said but at least that's not a deal-breaker for me ..thanks for your response 👍🏾 I can't wait to review mine
@@avilalopez1 niice you'll love it i use it everyday i cant wait to do a review on mine.. only thing I am kind of pissed is that it did come with a dent which I've heard that some people's bikes have been coming either with missing parts or slightly damaged but I'm not going to take it back obviously cuz that thing was heavy as heck
Is there a spin bike where you don't have to lean forward like bikers do? Can I adjust handles so I can seat in a more upright position when biking? I have 2 buldging disk in my back so I would like to be able to adjust seat and hundles where I can keep back straight and with good posture while spinning. Looks uncomfortable to use bike leaning forward with head almost touching handles like I have seen people do and also arching back while placing hands on handles?? also does bottom gets very sore and painfully after spinning workout, specially doing it every day or every other day for 30-40 min?? I been trying to decide between this and echo rogue airdyne bike to use at home for hitt and maybe long biking workouts... Bike looks pretty cool and I know it will give me a good workout, however I don't know if Iam gonna a like just seating there pedaling for 30- 40 min.. I lift 3x a week and every other day 2x a week I do 30 min hitt workouts.. Battle rope, kettle bell, punching bag, ply box, airdyne etc, etc... I always do 40sec on 20 off with a variety of exercises for 30-35 min.. Don't know if the spinn bike will fit in my workouts or if I really need it? Maybe if I don't feel like doing hitt I can jump on the spin bike and do a peloton workout or something like that. Do you think spin bike is for people that don't like doing hit workouts or people that don't have any other equipment or maybe they just like biking?? Sorry for all the questions..just trying to decide between spinn bike and airdyne bike.. Thank u

Thanks, mine just came in about an hour ago. Excited to try it.

At the max resistance is there any whirring sound from the flywheel?
Thanks for specifically mentioning the height. I am ~5'11".
I love this bike! However I had to have a professional come and tighten the seat as well as set the "settings" for me.
Thanks. I too wondered how magnets could create resistance comparable to actual friction
Yep...it’s actually quite surprising. As you saw, I can get into a standing position and pump away!
How has the bike been holding up?
My bike came with 2 extra black tubes? Any idea what these could be fore? Same bike, thanks so much
Mine did too, but I don’t think they are for anything.
When you going on holiday again

Everything is great! Not a single problem. Just wish the LCD screen was lighted. My room is dark and it’s hard to see, especially at night.
Does it feel more natural with the magnetic resistance? I’m an ex cyclist and I hate the way friction resistance feels on the cheaper spin bikes

so theres no ipad holder? good review
The area where he has the water bottle and his phone... fits a tablet. The only downside is that you won't be able to place a water bottle.

Did you have the seat adjusted all the way up?. I'm 6-2 with a 35 in inseam
It was on the 2nd to last position. It can be raised 1 more inch.
