I love the Malaysian culture and missing it everyday I am away from my beautiful country. I live in Australia now and remember the times when I’m invited for tea at my Aussie friends place. Yes we still have fun but you will have “tea” and nothing else😂 But if you’re in Malaysia, the host will feed you a banquet and even “tapau” takeaway for you. This is the wonderful culture we have in Malaysia.
That's very true. When we invite 10 friends to makan, we will cook for 20. Simply because we anticipate that they will come along with 1 or 2 others, be it their friends or siblings. And as always, there will extra food for them to tapau to bring home. That's the beauty of Malaysian that you could hardly find elsewhere. 🥰🥰🥰
Seriously I don't know how ppl can live abroad for such a long period of time. Me, after being away for 3 days, my mind will start thinking where to get roti canai, nasi lemak and teh tarik for breakfast. Roadside stall prefered that is. After one week, not only the mind go bonkers, stomach and body also going insane. Hahaha..
They grew uo with natural herbs in their diet. Their metabolic rate is tuned to response to them. Turneric in almost all food. Ginger. Galanga. Cinnamon. All ate very powerhful antioxidants and helps assist digestion. Spiritually they gain energy by enjoying 'company'. They get joy out of hosting friends. Eating in groups. The 'kenduri' is their gym. Almost everyone left the kenduri with joy. The host is the happiest. The vibes that guests brought to a kenduri are abundant. Imagine tens of thousands of HP.
Idk if we realized it or not but some Malaysians especially Malays are not used to expressing their feelings verbally or through affection/action so the elders usually convey their love to their kids through foods. To show they love and care for you, they cook/prepare delicious food. Thats their language. The more we eat, the more it seems like we appreciate their cooking and efforts. So that might be the reason why once we grow up, we love eating so much. We find love and comforts through foods coz thats how our parents show their affections.
This is not just the Malays, I find that most of the men in all Malaysian cultures have difficulty expressing their emotions... especially the Uncles and Aunties from the earlier generations. (The ones who will still discipline you with their tongues, if not the rotan). They all show their emotion by making sure that you are fed properly and with good food.
When I meet Chinese elders the first question is "Have you eaten" (Chak beh liau). So too with the Malays - 'mari makan" (Come let's eat) Food is essential to the Malaysian culture. Letting the neighbours go hungry is taboo. That's why neighbors are not ashamed to share what ever goodies they had cooked.
Hello Ichang & Jimmy, as muslims we're not just hunting for nice foods...we also feed our soul too... that make us muslims less burnt out... InsyaaAllah... ❤ Love both of you!!
Correct. With praying, it help our stomach to digest better. With praying, we actually recharge our energy 5 times a day. You can do some research about this ❤.
Especially when praying together (jemaah pray).. Our shoulders (All man in a row) need to be touch each other. Don't leave space in between. Research has found that 'the touch' can promote exchange and recharge the positive energy (soul) between us. Pray alone is already powerful to recharge your energy so imagine pray together and meeting people. This is our secret that we hold.
Oh my goodness. I can totally relate to this. Can you imagine? I'm an introverted Malaysian and my people are extroverts. Like you guys, I need to recharge myself after a gathering. It's not just the eating. It's also the non-stop talking and taking group photos constantly 😅
There is a secret line that we hold together after we are born. The line is one of our poems "Gendang gendut tali kecapi; Kenyang perut senang hati." 😃
You forgot to mentioned the ancestorial "secret within secret" on how we can maintain such a high HP and eat so much all the time. We keep "Hantu Raya" as a pet. When we eat, the hantu raya will eat most of the food for us. That's why. Hahaha...
😂😂. Sebenarnya orang Malaysia sangat suka memanjakan tetamu.
Don't worry, both of you will soon adapt to our culture and lifestyle. Burnout will be your past. Enjoy your food tour and adventure. Happy Birthday iChang
i think apart from eating, you guys can take a break and without filming enjoy yourself on a beautiful beach or maybe go East Coast to draw your own batik or try your hands on the wood carvings. Lush green forest of Sarawak staying in traditional rumah panjang..or maybe have the explorer spirit in you to enjoy walking everywhere in Penang town. There's a lot that you may enjoy that will heal and rejuvenate you. Not work all the time. Give yourself some relaxing time together ❤❤
It is personality and barrier. Its not weird. Some people they charged their energy by meeting people. Some people enjoying being with people but it drained their energy. Some people love to be alone. Do not worry if you need rest, you rest. Take some quality rest. When hangout, if you need to go back early, just tell people politely. We are from different cultures, it take times to adapt. 😊
this activity (eat, talk & walking around) we all practice each year during hari raya 😂😂. each house we visit, they prepare huge portion of food that we have to take in each time in order to respect house owner. can you imagine one day got 10 house, we’re already like doremon😂😂..
Another great video!! I love it when you talk about positivity in Malaysian culture. We value our friends and family and we want to spend time with them. And a better way to spend time is to makan-makan together, laughing, smiling, healing, sharing story..... So that might be why we have high HP. Anyways, It's good that you guys are taking lots of rest and healing. Take some more rest if you need. Stay healthy. 💪💪
Sometimes, mom, dad, uncles and aunts would wake me up around 9:30 or 10 at night, ask me if I would like to join them for satay and seafood supper… I’d wake up, hop in the car in my pajamas and enjoy a feast half hour later. We get our training very early in life. Don’t worry, you guys will get the hang of it. PS - I’m glad you guys are getting a much needed break by visiting your favorite spots. Do take your time to relax and recharge. Enjoy
hi ichang n jimmy. i am an orang asli (indigenous) of malaysia from ulu selangor. 😊 me and my husband love watching your videos so much. i can relate to both of you so much in this video 😂 i think it is more about the personality of the person. most Malaysians are extroverted while Japanese are mostly introverted persons. as an introvert person, i also dont have high HP 😂 i cant socialize with people too much or else i got drained out easily. for me eating out/ jalan2 the whole day is really exhausting. like jimmy said, if i use all my energy jalan2 all day, i will end up getting fever too the next day. 😂😂😂 but sometime i cant resist this, because most of my malaysians friends are extroverted. so i just go with the flow, try to adapt with them, at the same time try to limit my movement to reduce using much energy 😂 as a social introvert, i love hanging out with friends and family members but i just do it once a week. That's my limit 😂 next time, i hope you may try orang asli /indigenous culture. most org asli live far in the forest and we have a unique and distinct culture and way of life. 😊😊😊 wish you all the best ❤ がんばってください !!!
I second you..! Try indigenous cuisine...even locals dont know much about their cuisine...i have a best friend from senoi community...but her cuisine is mostly malay...
Kadang2 kita bukan larat sangat pun nak makan bnyk2 and jalan2 for the whole day, tapi semangat bila keluar dengan kawan or family members tu buatkan kita lupa yg kita sebenarnya tak larat. 😂😂
socializing once a week is already too much for me. once a month is my limit. I can go up until 3-4 months without socializing with friends hahaha. (am an introvert too)
I think of myself as introvert too.. I like being alone but I also love being with friends and family and even crowd.. just let me be there quietly doing my own thing..I just need the noise and presence...😂
I love to hear your conversation in this beautiful environment and sounds of birds. So calming. Honestly I'm not too interested in watching makan-makan videos, but this video I watch till the end. Please make content in beautiful places like this again, love to hear your conversation, regarding any simple topics
I always thought Malaysians are a more extraverted society and Japanese are more introverted (which explains why they are a bit more reserved than most people around the world). Having said that, just do you Jimmy & iChang. It's two different energy/personality altogether when we look at it objectively. It's totally ok to not be able to keep up with most "outgoing" / energetic people around you - it doesn't make you any less weaker or not good enough. You're just programmed differently that's all. I mean..even for me, most times I get drained trying to keep up with the "go go go" lifestyle in KL. What more for both of you who only moved here since February. Take it easy, ok? In time, you'll find the balance of how much you feel worthy of exerting your energy towards the things and people you decide to spend your time with. We are all humans, and doing content is a lot more intense and hard work that we think. Just enjoy your time being here, mojo will come when you're more at peace mentally and spiritually. We can wait. The internet world can wait while you recuperate. Now that you've come to this point, facing your maximum limit for HP..mind over matter too. After this, you're rewriting your HP meter :) ジミーさんとイチャン、あなたは思っているより強いですよ。大丈夫ね。お誕生日おめでとうイチャン!!
Yes, i think this is it. Japanese are introvert than malaysian. Thats why jimmy and ichang need to recharge energy after keep up with malaysian people. Meeting people do drains introvert person's energy. Most malaysia are extrovert that can talk and meet people all the time they want without feeling exhausted. 😅
Ichang if you feel burnout again go out like camping, or doing outdoor activity, here are a lot of places you can visit and expolore to relax your body and mind like Taman eco rimba negeri selangor at ulu yam..there is such a nice place you can visit after this. 🌼🌼🌼🥰
Its interesting to hear about your HP theory but as you were explaining it i realized something maybe its actually coming from introversion and extraversion personality . It is said that extroverts gain energy from social situations and introverts are drained by social situations. I'm introverted so i avoid too many human interactions otherwise i am exhausted. Because you have many fans you tend to interact with highly extroverted people who gain or drain a lot of energy from you (nobody's fault). I think you are very careful in interacting with the locals this anxiety can be very draining. Its just my theory anyways from what i learned. Maybe reducing social anxiety might help you preserve more energy or perhaps taking many breaks from social interaction might help. I always enjoy your videos eating or not.👍😄
On the other hand, introvert(s) can also drain away the energies of an extrovert... Putting it short, remember the lyric from the classic song: 🎵 _But don't worry, be happy_ _'Cause when you worry your face will frown_ _And that will bring everybody down_ _So don't worry, be happy_ 🎶 But ofc not all introverts have black clouds hanging over them. Many introverts can have the sweetest smiles on their faces, but that's just about all that you can get out of them, they are just like in the silent movies, but minus the actions too!
Agreed. Maybe less interaction with people and more interaction with nature would be the solution to reduce their stress. Ichang can include more scenic views of places they visited rather than just concentrate on food.
true. I'm an introvert too and most of my friends are extroverted. when they're up to grab another bite or on to the next spot, I'm already like "guys, enough already. I'm sleepy~~~" It's always me who get tired first and they were all still very energetic 🤣
In a group of 4-5 Malaysian, being close to each other can help the whole group energise each other to keep 'HP' power level high to run throughout the day. That's is why when we hang out, personal space in between is reduced to nearly zero. 🤣 One of the factor in this HP matter is family. It's all started in a family. It is not just a single unit of family, husband, wife and children. Not just that. But also granddads, grandmas of both side, plus uncles aunties of both side, cousins, nieces, nephews. Plus family of in laws, family of cousins of twice removed. All these connection, interaction thoughtout the year, and repeated circle over and over years after years. These probably contribute to higher HP. You see, we Malaysian not only passionate about variety of food, but also the size of the family or you can call it almost a tribe. The bigger, the merrier, the better. So much energy shared, hence HP skyrocketing. 😂
Very good blog today. I think Malaysians have high HP because 1) we are acclimatised to the weather, that’s why we can play sports in 35C when people from cooler climates struggle 2) we have grown up with so many mixed cultures and races,it becomes part of our character 3) Malaysians are open with their feelings and are tolerant of others 4)we love life and we live to eat and we have so much variety 5) Malaysians are generally very relax n have a tidak apa and boleh attitude Give it time, relax, enjoy and soon you will have 1000 HP. 👍👏👏
Aww IChang, your generous and kindly answer saying to many nice thing to us Malaysia, I've seen Japan and Japanese people are kind, nice and polite too. All of us Asian most of us have manner and cultured hehe. Where ever you go in Asia I'm sure local people with welcome you in open arm hehe 😊. Keep up with food vlogger, don't stop. We will always like to watch many kinds of food all over the world. Don't feel like you stuck. My partner retired and I been followed him for 20 years now retired and free from work is not. You just need to fill it with lots of activities. Maybe you can try hiking all over Malaysia not just food vlogger. Anyway keep up with posting video thanks 😊❤❤
Wow.....this is a whole new dynamism i sense....love it, its a whole new perspective of how you guys feels and a way help me understand my malaysian perspective too....love it guys
I think another reason of your "burnt out" is because of what you eat. Malaysia food indeed are delicious, but many are super oily, super salty or super spicy. As a food vloggers like you guys, if not careful, eat too much of such food, of course will get yourself in a worse situation. Sometimes we still need to go back to eat simple and healthy food to avoid such heavy food that could cause us digestion problem hence causing us easy to feel tired. Healthy digestion means healthy life. Also, maybe the "canon" guy that took you to Penang then back to KL in one day is a 20 something years old young guy, and you need to get the fact that you guys are already 30 something, the metabolism isn't as good as when you are in your 10's, 20's time.
Ow c'mon, KL to penang is only what, 4-4½ hours? KL to penang and back again is only 9 hours of driving. You haven't tried one end of sarawak to its other end! 😂😂😂 Okay just try from kuching to miri, only 1 way, no need to return on same day 😂😂 You definitely need high hp!! LOL 🤣🤣
My brother used to work for a beverage company based in KL/selangor and he also have done round trip KL-penang or KL-Johor in a day and I was like "how? why?" And he's already 30 when he did this and continued doing it lol 😂 probably some people enjoyed the trip and the journey on the highway that they don't mind it at all.
I've never really commented before but this is an interesting topic. I think one reason why lots of Malaysians are considered "high HP" is because we were born into a culture that forces us to mix with different ethnicities from young. When we mix with people of different background from us, we become curious, ask questions, get to know each other's culture and we are still learning it everyday. The opportunity to mix with people from different backgrounds make us curious and energetic in talking to people. Another reason is that Malaysia's history is filled with colonization. It was not too long ago that we had to gather Malaysians for all kinds of culture and ethnicity to do protests, gathering and discussions to negotiate with our colonizers to give us freedom. Even during the negotiation of independence, Malaysia was already multi-cultural, so each ethnicity also have to voice out their opinions to form a cohesive society. That is why Malaysians are naturally quite talkative that don't mind yelling their opinions out loud. As for food, I think it is because Malaysia wasn't in control of its destiny during colonization times. Our resources were exploited and people lived in poor conditions. After that, we slowly moved to a middle class society and hence, the older generation still has scars of how food is hard to come by. So, whenever there's food, Malaysians view it as a celebration and a time of comfort. This culture has been passed down from the older generation to the young and from then on Malaysians use food to bond with each other and celebrate our history.
Excuse me where do u learn sejarah? Lol malaysia merdeka bcos negotiation between tunku and others malay sultan and leaders with sabah sarawak with britsh. 👲 and 🧔🏿 is not involve ma 😂
I appreciate you both honest reviews and thoughts ❤ i always find that Japanese people tend to have higher or deeper thoughts on matters that mean the most to them..and i really like that. Not many of us would go through and taking time in these thought process. I have watched this reality tv show called Terrace House (Japan) and i really enjoyed the way they communicate and discuss over things - friendship, relationship, career, hobbies, etc. Eventhough your burnout problem seems minor to us Malaysian and we would tell or give you advises on what to do to overcome them, we certainly do not put the most weight or thought on it. We think its as easy as go out and eat n relax but you both have came up with talking openly about it and weighing seriously about it which i always find deeper conversations like this helpful but less done in my society. I hope i make sense 😅 keep having these deeper discussions and conversations w us bcz some of us really need to understand or want to be involved but obviously we cannot 😅 that being said, i also enjoy having time out from being out and about when things get too busy in my daily life. Just enjoy the calmness of my own space and take some time until im ready to get back hanging out w friends and back to the normal lifestyle. I hope you have success in your future undertaking and just do as how you both would do to enjoy your life. We would definitely learn a tjing or two from both of you. Always rooting for you both!!❤😃👍👏🤲💕
Agreed. Somehow this mentality is quite similar to German. That is why both countries can develop so sophisticated technology. They learn how to find the root cause of the problem, not like us, just need to get the problem solve. I am learning this mentality now, finding the root cause.
Maybe you are just not that smart. But true Japs are probably much more high level compared to you guys. Heck most ppl are much more high level then you guys
@@hKChen909 most Europeans are, especially the Northern Europeans/Scandinavians because of the education since young.Problem solving is ingrained in the culture there generally.
Easy answer. Malaysian HP is high because we really know when to relax. That's it. But saying that we also have our days when we are stressed. To find the balance is pretty tricky.
Our type of relaxation is totally different from them...our relaxation time is when we get-together with friends and family, share stories, laughing while shoving varieties of food...but to them its mentally exhausting..that affect their physical being...its good that they share with us their feeling...so that we know when to draw the line...both of them should speak out more about their feeling and let us know upfront so we will not 'over- exert' ourselves...
Jimmy ❤️ iChang.. Don't get stress of searching the "HP" of Malaysians. Just be happy and blend in slowly with us. Malaysian HP will slowly transfer to both of you 💞🇲🇾
Ichang & Jimmy, what you are experiencing is called malaysian hospitality. When we go out with our guest we make sure they are well taken care of. We treat them like family. That means we make sure they are well fed. We will take them to all the best makan places. After all we have the best food in the world 😂. And the power that you are referring to is called love!
I found this movie very interesting. It helps me understand what Japanese people are surprised at when they live with Malaysian people. But I'm sure that you guys (iChang and Jimmy) will adapt yourselves to life there in Malaysia pretty soon, make the barrier lower, and will not be fatigued even after a day full of eating and doing a lot of things. From Japan, I'm looking forward to watch the progress through your future movies. Keep up your good work!
Be like a train. It needs to start slow before going full speed.🥰 Don't worry about saying ' no ' if you don't feel about doing something. People will understand🥰🥰 Be yourselves. If you're happy, then we your subscribers will be happy as well 🥰🥰🥰 Lastly, if you need to recharge and refresh by going offline from time to time, we will still be here when you come back. 🥰🥰🥰🥰
Take it as what it is, enjoy what you do mentality. Example, malaysian will go balik kampung every raya, this weekend will be long drive to east coast because of cuti raya. There are people who enjoy this long drive ( maybe 12 hours or more), it makes they feel the raya atmosphere better😄
i really like what u r discussing today, about HP and its connection with peoples eating habit😅as u said it is not about portion n it is true.. sometimes we simply eat because we have 'nak rasa/ nak try, nak cuba ' attitude...😍
how about you try camping as the new adventure? it's trending...you can do review for the campsite...you can cook...you can enjoy the nature...and it's healing...
What a nice theory of increasing and decreasing HP form you. I'm using this video in my Thinking Skill class. I'll ask my students to extract all the point into various thinking tools. I'll like to comment too but after my class today. This is such a nice discussions to elobrate.
Hi Ichang and Jimmy, maybe its also nice to make video that dont only revolve around food only. I am sure everyone would love to see your reaction visiting cultural place or doing some local activity or games etc with the local. Even a video where both of you sit and discuss your view and experience would have been interesting for most Malaysian. Wishing you the best
Thx for the open minded honest sharing of your thought about Malaysia-Japan culture differences. Yours actually shared more in-depth observations that other foreign RUclipsr never share before. It does also help us (at least for me it does) to learn more about Japanese people mindset and their culture, it is interesting!
I love your channel so much! It is nice to watch these kind of videos from you guys. My prayers always with you guys. Hopefully you guys will adjust to life in Malaysia in your own way. I used to really love listening to my late sensei talk about the Japanese culture. And you guys revive that memory all the time ❤️🫶🏻
I think our culture trained us to be that way. We eat and socialize a lot since kids..babies even😂 So it is not a superpower, but more of a skill. Great observation Ichang & Jimmy😁
You both are so nice to describe it as HP. Never thought that way 🤣The best way to come together is indeed with food. We invite friends over or go to a makan place together. 'Eat, laugh, talk' is exactly what brings us all together as friends, family, and even business deals start from a nice meal. Hyeaaaaaaaa! is so true 🤣eat alot and laugh loud loud is the best way to feel happy hahaha
Visit Langkawi for a week and for sure you can easily produced 6-7 videos. Many things to explore there as well ❤❤❤❤. Make a content about Island Tour, Waterfalls, Cave exploration, Cultures and etc. Aaaarrrrgkkhhhh I missed Langkawi ❤
I would like to express my view about personal space especially for the malay muslim. We have little "barrier " may be a result of the congregational prayers that is still very strongly practised whereby during prayers we have to pray shoulder to shoulder. Although not everyone goes to the mosque everyday, at least during Ramadhan many still go for the tarawih prayers and usually we have a potluck makan afterwards...and mingle with friends and neighbours and catch-up with the goings-on...the next Ramadhan we see same crowd again but with additions to their family and whatnot.. more conversations and food and makan...😂 recharge HP 1000...😅 By the way I love how you try to make sense of the malaysian culture. Hope you won't get too exhausted trying... Stay safe and healthy..❤
My foreign friends said the digestive system of Malaysians are very good because they talked and laughed loudly when dining and never stopped eating. Yes, we are high in HP and not forgetting also high in BP (blood pressure)😂😂😂 There is no barrier over here, we can addressed anyone freely in our multi racial /cultural country of our lovely Malaysia. In Japan, the terms of barrier is there because of “senpai/kohai” (respect of Senior / Junior) are used on a daily basis both at school and in the workplace.
you don't have to eat everything yourself. you can just take videos of your friends eating and share with others. also enjoy other things in life other than just eating. eating and food is just part of malaysian culture but not everything. also you can do mountain hiking, national parks, beaches, help us discover more areas not many locals been to...so your content more than just eating and finding food maybe. of course you can find nice food in your journey is a bonus.
I like that both of you have showed us how to enjoy simple things in life as a couple, to rejuvenate and recharge together by taking strolls, eat healthy or excerise. Don't really need to travel in order to relax. Not many couples do that together. Maybe is the hectic life in cities. The only way could be a desired holiday and spend money on travel. Both of you are so down-to-earth and real. Love watching your videos ❤❤❤
just a suggestion for your content, makes them in varieties in exploring Malaysia. Breaking the item to be explored into different parts: beaches, forestry parks, flora n fauna, ethnic cultures, festivals : relate your feeling and reactions to all those experiences. Hope this suggestion would relieve the burn out..Keep it up and never giving up.
I agree with some of the comments about extrovert and introvert. Japanese in general are also extremely polite and careful about others' feelings, hence it takes a lot of mental energy in public, especially when you are filming or when fans come up to you. I think what you did is very good, to take rest and relax in a more private manner, to recharge the energy. Another thing you can do is to travel in a neighboring country that you maybe less famous.
Malaysian has no barrier when talking, just genuine honest free talk. No need energy to filter thoughts or behaviour. Just Freely. Extrovert: gain energy when socialize Introvert: loss energy when socialize. I keep it balance as i do business., at day talking² to customer, at night secluded in my room and sleep early to recharge.
Halfway watching through your video, I think it may also be a case of you're introverted. Introverts can socialise from time to time, but will need to retreat to a quiet space to rejuvenate and "heal" as you said. Because socialising really depletes one's energy and to recover from it requires some alone time that's quiet and doing activities that relaxes one's self (whatever that may be). I'm an introvert myself. In your case, that probably doesn't revolve around food and people. Quiet and peace is what I think you need, from time to time. Anyway, just my two cents. May not be accurate, but I enjoyed this video as I do all your videos. Take your time and do things in your own pace, IChang and Jimmy. ❤
We are very soulful moslems...so am I "Alhamdulillah, (Thank you The Almighty Allah)"... always strong, tolerant, fill with love & patience, constantly learning & unlearning, ever-caring, forgiving & understanding. ...we feel happy when the world is happy & peaceful...Ur new VT indicates a re-birth;... "an alluring, sincere, relaxing conversational experience on the M'sia soil". Keep it up..u r on the rite track! Lotsa ❤❤❤❤
Truthfully [ with ref: indicative to the replies]...when any foreigner intends to touch our naturally beautiful islamic soil to yeild a shelter ...he/she/they, must first "0pen their hearts" in many manners; or else "the burning out" feelings will infinitely sparkle the haywired & confusing, yet unrelented belief of themselves as bold explunderers on lava- grounds!
It must be difficult to keep up with the Malaysian lifestyle, even though it's normal for most of us, but I know you guys had to do the best with us. No wonder one day you will be stronger and adapt with us. One more thing is most Malaysians are understanding people and cheerful, somehow comes with "crazy power of hang out" ⊂((・▽・))⊃
An honest, and entertaining, sharing of views. 😄HP = Health Points or, in my mind, I refer it to High Performance. We don't realize these until outsiders share their perspectives as uninvolved and independent parties. Makan is always on top of our minds (together with something else, which I will not mention here 😉).
The truth is that we malaysian really appreciate and love to entertain guests....its not all the time we are energetic...we just like other human....but when we meet new people or guest we will give our best to entertain them no matter in giving food, happiness and all for them to feel good... sometimes we never consider of their tiredness but we just feel tht they are new to everything n loves to introduce and let them taste or feel it .. Ofcourse we cant eat all the time when we are at home or normal activities....we usually just had bfast, lunch, tea time n dinner, but some of busy person will combine bfast n lunch time as brunch...or take early dinner then have supper... Malaysian mostly muslim also were born to be always redho, feel everything tht we had is good enough...so we dont always feel burn out or too frustrated of wht tht we can't achieve or afford... Its not the weather, the food, the water, the air or the DNA...its just the minutes u were born n grow around the environment, the believe...its the same to understand why children tht always play dirty in sands dont get sick compare to children that grown up in a clean environment n suddenly get dirty ang turn sick...the former one has grown up with mental n body immunity, has developed probiotics, skin layer, and all other immune system compare to the other children.... that's it... Guys, dont compare... everybody around us are different in their own actually... Just enjoy what we have and what everyone's around us give...be honest and kind in everything n no need to feel so bad to say no.... ability to say no in smiling is a strong n good attitude and this will really make the other side understand...rather than acting to appreciate... Just be yourselves... We love it when we see people enjoy our food and culture and therefore we feel to give and make u guys get more and more...but we never thought that will make people feel tired if they didn't say or show .. that's all.. Take a goooood rest...safe some of our goooood time...a me time, be always positive and just do things that dont stress us out... God bless both of u for being a good person...🥰
I can give a good example between japanese barrier and malaysian barrier. I brought my son to swim at the condo pool. At the same time there was a japanese man and his son. After some time his son and my son started playing, and his son spoke good english. In malaysia when the children start playing its a signal for the parents to start "small talk". Its the friendly and polite thing to do. So I say good morning, have you eaten, wah your sons english so good lah. The japanese father ignored me the whole time haha. So I was in malaysian mode but the japanese guy was still in tokyo subway mode, but in malaysia.
Malaysia was blessed with natural resources...lot of food and feeding people is a cultural things...if you live in kampung area you won't get starving even you don't have anything...they always giving food to the neighborhood...there are kenduri kahwin, akikah, tahlil, kesyukuran many other kenduri...even you go to the maghrib prayer daily there are always people giving food...if you starving just ask anybody you see...they will 'belanja' you...its an honor if you get to 'belanja' people....
Hi Jimmy and Ichang, I love listening to you talk/discuss like this. I love your makan2 videos and also your cooking videos too, but when you discuss things like this, somehow it is interesting to hear your thoughts on Malaysian culture and how it is different to yours. I think that you should definitely take time to rest. Even myself as a Malaysian, need to take rests. I rest for 11 months and go out like crazy for a month 😂 out of the year (I live abroad) Anyway, keep up your research on Malaysian Dragonball and please take care of your health (physical and mental) so that you can keep posting these videos.
I thin you guys are by default introverts. I am Malaysian an actually feel the same when I'm with many other Malaysians. Malaysians in general tend to be more extroverted, or at least, passionate about food. But like you guys said, not everyone is the same and I know I belong to the minority, but don't worry, quite many Malaysians are like you guys, too. It could also be that they are usually not extroverted but since you guys are not locals, their hospitality level and passion goes up with you guys. I have seen this many times before, it seems to be quite normal. 😅
Hi Jimmy and iChang. I always watch but never leave comments on ur vlog. Today i feel like commenting because i liked the way you guys elaborating about the Malaysian's HP. It is very interesting topic/research to learn and or to discuss. Food is not the only thing that gets Malaysian higher HP. But I'd love to hear your findings.
Malaysian…..when WE and I stay INSIDE or OUTSIDE Malaysia , WE and I still proud to be a Malaysian,,,,many thanks to both of you with conversations…..❤❤ 18:34
Hi guys, from my point of view. I dont think we have that much energy when we're doing all that for ourselves. But, we will suddenly have all the energy and get excited when it come to treat friends/peoples around us. Maybe just maybe it is our culture itself. Even myself, i dont have that energy to go out eating, talking and all throughout the day, but if its for my friends, sure i can do it all night. Haha😅
iChang and Jimmy, Malaysians are not a complex human. We does not think too much about where the food go, how it process, and so on LOL. We think, eat food when hungry, feeling full and stop. Same goes to conversation with strangers. We love to communicate. Communication give us energy to go thru hefty day. It is hard for Malaysian, die alone (like in Japan recently) as we are like a bees. Move and absorb the changes around us quickly. Like a hive members. Got one words to represent this. Masuk kandang kambing mengembek, masuk kandang kerbau menguak. Literally means, when we are in a new environment, we must adapt it. The sooner the better. How to gain HP like Malaysian. Be happy, try to be happy, must be happy. When you are happy, everything will be at ease. Thats how you got abundance of energy. Why not to be happy? As our life too short for sadness!
But it's true that we communicate easily with everyone 😂😂 that's our culture. Yes, it's in our Malaysian DNA 👍👍 didn't realize it before .. Jimmy you are hilarious in your description.. you might be right .. HP pulak 🤭🤭
The supplement is "enjoy the moment, we enjoy what we have at the moment, we meet people we talk, we see food we eat... this is all.blessing to me, as a Malaysian. Stranger or friends don't come in our life twice. When we can meet, or nice things we see.. we appreciate it by enjoying their company. This is Malaysian. Welcome to be part of us.
We have less barriers. sometimes we don't think too much about things and just follow the flow.. The only exercise for it is just stop thinking and analyzing too much😅
Dont worry. I am Malaysian but I also have lower HP. I cant stand hanging out with friends for too long I will become anxious and want to get back to home ASAP. During Hari Raya open house of mine, I always paused serving the guests and regularly went to my room to recharge my HP before going out of my room again 🤣
We believe in the power of contentment (redha). Work hard, work smart to achieve the target but content or accept if the result is not to what we wanted or even if it goes sideways.
you need to blend with community by joining sports, camping, seaside activity, hiking, also join chinese and indians community as well, like celebrations or other activity. you will get bored if always focus on foods..
I appreciate you guys voicing out the indifferences. Socializing with people is always going through hell for me, as an introvert Malaysian with some health condition which makes me even more inward. This video comfort me, and i understand you guys, cheers!! ps I also do not understand how they always have high HP. I need some enlightening as well.
Either Zikr of Allah (Remembrance of Allah)in their hearts or tongue,a Muslim who goes out to meet another Muslim for the sake of Allah will have 70,000 angels praying for him/her. When they eat together and with saying Bismillah(with the name.of Allah) blessings descends on the centre of the food they consume. Iman(faith)and yakin(certainty)plays am important role too for the older generation if they are Muslims. Their reading of Qur'an,waking up in middle of the night to pray and wake for dawn prayers will help energizer them. Hope you get well soon.
Love to see u back. Even you are talking a simple topic but you make a huge impression. Take a good rest. Be happy don’t worry. We all malaysian support you😊
Very interesting sharing you have here. To share my experience, me and my wife have had a few close friends under MM2H from Japan over the last 15 yeears or so. Some of them have gone back to Japan during or after the pandemic. When we used to take them out to eat or introduce them to our Malaysia cuisine, I too get the comments that they are fool, can't eat more. etc while we put more and more food on their plate :) Makan is our past time and we do get overly energtic in sharing. During those times, I can sort of sense that they some times get uneasy or a bit annoyed by us doing that. Your sharing bring back my memories of these events. Your sharing have also help me understand that, your culture maybe a bit more reserved, individualistic and need personal space. I can understand how you would get burned out with our enthusiasim for food and for sharing good food. It feels bad to not being able to finish food and wastage when it is also hard that you can really eat more.....and Malaysian's around keep wanting to share more..... It is tiring and hard to say NO and that can build stress. So it is ok to say NO to us when enough is enough :) No need to get HP 1000 haha
I'm an introvert and get my energy drained after a day out with friends but I don't mind socializing with my friends cause they've been kind to me so I want to be kind to them by hanging out with them too. Just not too often. I think Malaysians seem energetic all the time because we hate to be rude or appear sombong or arrogant to people, so we tend to talk a lot to make people feel comfortable with us. Even me as an introvert, I can't help but make small talks with some people cause I don't want to appear arrogant, the elders like aunties and uncles are definitely even better and a pro and making small talks 😅 this is why i think Malaysians are perceived as friendly most of the time. I learn from my mom on how to be warm to people and make small talks.
We have this culture, like this....we will usually go to work very early in the morning. We eat breakfast around 9, we eat nasi lemak and teh tarik in one shop, and then we decided to go for a cup of coffee at the next shop because the previous shop do not do good coffee. So we go to the next shop for Lontong or Moi, the nasi lemak was too simple, no ayam goreng maaa. But we have to buy nasi lemak there because it is superb there. During lunch, the men loves the nasi Campur but the women loves Laksa or Mee Kari, so if you enjoy both, you follow both sides of eateries. Usually you can eat nasi campur, then tapau or take outs the mee kari or laksa, don't know when you're gonna eat that but just 'beli lah' ...just buy, incase you are hungry suddenly . At four in the evening, we have to have goreng pisang and cakoi at the popular place but before that have to stop at other stall to buy the cheezy one because the popular one only sell the original ones. IWe go back to the office and still with a take outs for our friends at the office who do not go out. So we eat again joining them afterwards. If the laksa and mee kari is still there, we eat them too with our officemates. But sometimes, our boss sees that and want to have them too. So the nex day our office will be having a Makan2 day with Mee kari and Laksa, eventhough with no any celebration going on. Especially if on Friday, Muslims will do the sedekah (giving free food). Your office pantry will be full of food. Malaysian culture not only the Malay Muslims loves to serve others with food, Chinese and Indian too culture too. And during dinner, then we went to Mamak for a good roti canai but did not serve Goreng Goreng. So we go to the Goreng-goreng Kedai to eat Nasi Goreng Kampung, but the shop do not sell good Chinese version Char Kuetiaw, so we went to another shop but halal one only serve the Gravy Malay Kuetiaw, so not many people can order, so we went to another shop that sell authentic Chinese Cahr Kuetiaw and also the Malay Gravy Kuetiaw but halal, so everybody can eat. And then on the way back, we feel thirsty, so we stop by at family mart to buy drinks but there are Gimbap and Onigiri, then the Thai Tomyum Oden looks yummy, so we decided to just eat there and order the strawberry laichibubble tea. Then we reach home, we open the firdge and eat the left over KFC with Sarsi and eat in front of the tv. The problem is not only too many food to eat but also can eat at many places including at the office or the sidewalks. No limits. Our hospitals are full of diabetic and cholestrol patients. But do not stop there, we have pineapple, coconut, pegaga and dates drinks to solve the problem. 😂😂😂
Hello Ichang and Jimmy.... Waaaa.... I'm glad that you show us this video... Now it is time to know more about Malaysian culture... 😁😁😁 New dragonball... As a malaysian, i think most of us are living in this culture since we were kids... There is a word that we call it "silaturrahim" ... back then when we were kids... We acknowledge this "silaturrahim" mostly during an important event, like kenduri, hari raya, jamuan ( makan2) , during family day, we all had this kind of vibe... Helping each other, talking to each other .. eating together...know each other... It is a bonding time.... so time by time, it is in our blood already... We did the same, including to our guest, or friends, and neighbours ... that is why, most of malaysian are can break the ice freely... Of course there are people that are introvert... Not talking.. but it become more extrovert when you get to know them.. so this "Silaturrahim" means ( to make a bond) .. it is from the arab word.. "silah"- the rope, "Rahim" - the womb .. or in other simple word, to make bond with love... Just how a mother love her child .. that is how we practice.. we talk, we eat together, we know more each other... And we take care of each other, then spread the love... 💕😁 Just imaging, if u are not talking to anybody, doing things individually... Walking around alone.. then you may not feel the love... And more likely we will feel lonely... As u know, we malaysian are living in diversity .. we had all kind of celebrations, occasions... that when we gathered , this is the time for "silaturrahim" . And its never get boring... 💕🌸😁 By the way, there will be hari raya aidiladha in 2 days... So if you had a time, do explore it... You will see, what I mean with this "Silaturrahim".. 😁😁😁 happy hari raya Ichang and Jimmy... Take care both of you... 💕😊
Jimmy and iChang, I must admit that at first I was not really clear about what you meant by "HP". But when you mentioned about how aunties and uncles here have even higher HP, I'm starting to understand a bit. actually, if you want to really see powerful people, go to a wet market - where they sell raw beef, chicken, fish and vegetables - on the last weekend BEFORE Hari Raya Aidilfitri. Keep in mind that this is during Ramadhan, so people would be fasting, but they would also be hauling kilos upon kilos of food and materials for their Eid open house. You'd think people would be staying home and do as little as possible... but no... Malaysians haa.. especially the Malay before Hari Raya... wow... if the wet market doesn't impress you enough, go to Jalan Tunku Abdul Rahman in KL and see them shopping along that road... and get ready to be amazed... ^__^;;;
HP simply means Health Points, if you ever play a game, a character/a player has that health bar to keep you going and pass the game, once the HP drop to zero, it means game over, and you need to restart and play again.
It is interesting that you guys think about it so deep. Don't think too much, it would drain your energy 😂 just go with the flow, that's how we survive in this culture 🤣 i don't know about other religion, but in Islam as a muslim, we pray 5 times a day. Morning, afternoon, evening, after sunset, before sleep. That's how we recharge our energy throughout the day. When we pray, we prostrate, it is scientifically proven that the prostration helps blood flow more profusely to various parts of the brain ☺️
Perhaps you both can continue this kind of content. “Bual bicara ichang & jimmy” Love to watch the discussion , conversation, talk, on the topic like this. Your observation and experience. Please consider to add more. I like the one you share on 1) dragon ball 2) HP power 3) … more to come.
Malaysian generally are very hospitable and warm people. They shows their hospitality thru food and talking. It does not mean their HP is 1000 n yours is 100. The next day they may be dead tire too. And Malaysia may be more laid back n nothing much to do ...They just keep eating n besides the food are pretty affordable n plentiful ...My humble view as a malaysian working in Spore. Generally they keep asking u to eat is their hospitality n culture
We should not bottled up frustrations or dissatisfactions to ourselves. Just let it out, thus communicate to others. Whether you realise it or not, you guys are doing just that by telling your friends here your story. Give yourselves a break. And God's willing, you'll be fine. Cheerios ❤❤❤
Perhaps you guys should try make content on vacation in Malaysia aside from about food only. For example, you guys can explore every states in Malaysia to enjoy the beach activities (snorkeling, hatching turtle eggs & release them). Watch the cultural dances & learn about their craft too, etc. Do what tourists do. Sometimes you guys must live & enjoy life like a tourist for awhile. Even I as a Malaysian, I sometime treat/pamper myself as a tourist in my own country. That is how some Malaysian recharge their energy (HP) and to eliminate "burnout". Pamper themselves as tourists at own country. We love you guys. Please enjoy your stay and explore Malaysia. Perhaps take a vacation without filming. ❤
To simplified what you guys talk about, I think the main reason why Malaysian the way we were is because we don't really see people so different from us, everyone is the same, we do have our own problems, but everyone got one (the problems) so be grateful with what we have, and I think this HP came down to our culture we kinda grow up with many kind of people, with different races, different religions, thinking everyone was different, but at the end when we grow up we realized that everyone is the same human being, and there are not much different between us. It's might be difficult for you guys to change your view about this but just enjoy your stay in Malaysia. Good luck for the next adventure.
This is the wonderful culture we have in Malaysia.
hehehe tapau culture
That's very true. When we invite 10 friends to makan, we will cook for 20. Simply because we anticipate that they will come along with 1 or 2 others, be it their friends or siblings.
And as always, there will extra food for them to tapau to bring home.
That's the beauty of Malaysian that you could hardly find elsewhere. 🥰🥰🥰
Easy peasy come back home. 👍👍👍
So too with the Malays - 'mari makan" (Come let's eat)
Food is essential to the Malaysian culture.
😏
When connected we will become Power Rangers 😂😂😂
During Hari Raya we will visit family and friend from morning to night and we will eat all day long ..😅
Oh my goodness.

Happy Birthday iChang
and care for diabetics
i think apart from eating, you guys can take a break and without filming enjoy yourself on a beautiful beach or maybe go East Coast to draw your own batik or try your hands on the wood carvings. Lush green forest of Sarawak staying in traditional rumah panjang..or maybe have the explorer spirit in you to enjoy walking everywhere in Penang town. There's a lot that you may enjoy that will heal and rejuvenate you. Not work all the time. Give yourself some relaxing time together ❤❤
agreed..wider your scoop of interest beside food, you may found many things that can become your contents.
☺️☺️☺️
this activity (eat, talk & walking around) we all practice each year during hari raya 😂😂. each house we visit, they prepare huge portion of food that we have to take in each time in order to respect house owner. can you imagine one day got 10 house, we’re already like doremon😂😂..
lots of duit raya too
i dont think ichang and jimmy can catchup if they does go on hari raya visit spreeee!!!!
Or during Marhaban, 15 houses to visit every night for several nights in my neighborhood alone 😅😂
And in Sarawak, every house visit, we will be served carbonated drinks.😅
Now imagine 10-15 houses in a day.
Hahaa 😂 you're right
Another great video!!
Thank you ☺️🙏🏻
Sometimes, mom, dad, uncles and aunts would wake me up around 9:30 or 10 at night, ask me if I would like to join them for satay and seafood supper… I’d wake up, hop in the car in my pajamas and enjoy a feast half hour later.
😂😂😂 but sometime i cant resist this, because most of my malaysians friends are extroverted. so i just go with the flow, try to adapt with them, at the same time try to limit my movement to reduce using much energy 😂
as a social introvert, i love hanging out with friends and family members but i just do it once a week. That's my limit 😂
next time, i hope you may try orang asli /indigenous culture. most org asli live far in the forest and we have a unique and distinct culture and way of life. 😊😊😊
wish you all the best ❤ がんばってください !!!
I second you..! Try indigenous cuisine...even locals dont know much about their cuisine...i have a best friend from senoi community...but her cuisine is mostly malay...
A very apt idea to get into asli culture 👍🏼⭐️!
After this, you're rewriting your HP meter :)
ジミーさんとイチャン、あなたは思っているより強いですよ。大丈夫ね。お誕生日おめでとうイチャン!!
very well said
Yes, i think this is it.
yup.. Malaysian also have time or activities for them to recharge,,, please explore that more!!
Putting it short, remember the lyric from the classic song:
🎵 _But don't worry, be happy_
_'Cause when you worry your face will frown_
_And that will bring everybody down_
_So don't worry, be happy_ 🎶
But ofc not all introverts have black clouds hanging over them.
One of the factor in this HP matter is family.
I think Malaysians have high HP because 1) we are acclimatised to the weather, that’s why we can play sports in 35C when people from cooler climates struggle
2) we have grown up with so many mixed cultures and races,it becomes part of our character
3) Malaysians are open with their feelings and are tolerant of others
4)we love life and we live to eat and we have so much variety
5) Malaysians are generally very relax n have a tidak apa and boleh attitude
Give it time, relax, enjoy and soon you will have 1000 HP. 👍👏👏
Dont act like u mix with other race la. U 👲 always isolate from others with ur don zong thingy 😂
@@cj-fx2kj why are you so negative? because people like you being so racist we malaysian cannot have a harmony with each other oftenly
hahaha... couldn't agree more. I have lived in Japan for about 13 years. So I feel you. I think I understand what you are talking about... 😀
Maybe you can do content about hiking/ jungle/outdoor experience in malaysia? Close to nature maybe can make you better 😮.
Good observation as we Malaysian doesn't realised how energetic we are. We can do JJCM whole day & craving the same food the next day.
I love your views on how you see Malaysians. Some of these things we don't see in ourselves, and it takes someone like you guys to point it out 😅
I think another reason of your "burnt out" is because of what you eat.
Also, maybe the "canon" guy that took you to Penang then back to KL in one day is a 20 something years old young guy, and you need to get the fact that you guys are already 30 something, the metabolism isn't as good as when you are in your 10's, 20's time.
v activity 2
Happy Gut, Happy Life 😁
Probably just all the walking around that consumes alot of energy and make us weak and tired. redbull will save the day.
Ow c'mon, KL to penang is only what, 4-4½ hours? KL to penang and back again is only 9 hours of driving.
You haven't tried one end of sarawak to its other end! 😂😂😂 Okay just try from kuching to miri, only 1 way, no need to return on same day 😂😂
You definitely need high hp!!
Very well said!
Totally agreed!
Dont act like u mix with other race la. U 👲 always isolate from others with ur don zong thingy 😂

Thanks ichang and jimmy . We love you both soooooooo muchhhhhhhh
Thank you ❤️
I found this movie very interesting.
It needs to start slow before going full speed.🥰
Don't worry about saying ' no ' if you don't feel about doing something. People will understand🥰🥰
Be yourselves. If you're happy, then we your subscribers will be happy as well 🥰🥰🥰
Lastly, if you need to recharge and refresh by going offline from time to time, we will still be here when you come back. 🥰🥰🥰🥰
Don't worry iChang.. As introvert person, I'm also sometimes having Fever the next day from fatigue.
‘Introvert Hangover’ is REAL...
Malaysian like to entertain their guest by giving as much meal than can.
What a nice theory of increasing and decreasing HP form you. I'm using this video in my Thinking Skill class. I'll ask my students to extract all the point into various thinking tools. I'll like to comment too but after my class today. This is such a nice discussions to elobrate.
Now I know the strength of Malaysian...ultra food lover. Listen to your frank talk, it's like a mirror to Malaysian habit.
I agree with you.. this is more interesting
Although not everyone goes to the mosque everyday, at least during Ramadhan many still go for the tarawih prayers and usually we have a potluck makan afterwards...and mingle with friends and neighbours and catch-up with the goings-on...the next Ramadhan we see same crowd again but with additions to their family and whatnot.. more conversations and food and makan...😂 recharge HP 1000...😅
By the way I love how you try to make sense of the malaysian culture. Hope you won't get too exhausted trying...
Stay safe and healthy..❤
😊
You actually can teach us how to cook japanese food it might intereting...
My foreign friends said the digestive system of Malaysians are very good because they talked and laughed loudly when dining and never stopped eating.
Yes, we are high in HP and not forgetting also high in BP (blood pressure)😂😂😂
There is no barrier over here, we can addressed anyone freely in our multi racial /cultural country of our lovely Malaysia.
In Japan, the terms of barrier is there because of “senpai/kohai” (respect of Senior / Junior) are used on a daily basis both at school and in the workplace.
True Indeed
you don't have to eat everything yourself. you can just take videos of your friends eating and share with others. also enjoy other things in life other than just eating. eating and food is just part of malaysian culture but not everything. also you can do mountain hiking, national parks, beaches, help us discover more areas not many locals been to...so your content more than just eating and finding food maybe. of course you can find nice food in your journey is a bonus.
Thank u. Wonderful video.
Maybe both of you can take a bit of effort to organise or to participate in Sukan rakyat events, somewhere in the village.❤❤❤❤❤
Extrovert: gain energy when socialize
Introvert: loss energy when socialize.
During fasting month we also have great energy.. didnt eat and drink for half day did not effect our daily life and routine so much..
Dont worry i chang and jimmy... just take time off from youtube and enjoy staying in Malaysia... we always support you guys...
after waiting for few days, now i am happy again, watching your great video... take my stress away. thank you very much, keep up the good works.
Sex?
Maybe the weather causing high HP? Warm weather burn fat or consume energy faster, then we eat eat eat to regain.
I rest for 11 months and go out like crazy for a month 😂 out of the year (I live abroad)
Anyway, keep up your research on Malaysian Dragonball and please take care of your health (physical and mental) so that you can keep posting these videos.
don't think too much...be happy and easy..we Malaysian always give welcome yours..love..support
I like videos like these that iChang and Jimmy are discussing the cultural differences. Keep it up guys~
Selamat pagi i chang & jimmy...wahh awal upload video...
And one more thing...dont overthink...live life day by day and let small things go...live life how we want to...not how others want you to...
That's why I love both of you so much.....so pure and honest .........take a good rest ......
That's true most of us Malaysian born with high HP but we also has short life span. Probably due to our dieting and way of eating.
I enjoy your conversations which each other. Your observations are fun to listen to.
🥰🥰🥰
write in a hurry, pardon the typo or language mistakes.
Just imaging, if u are not talking to anybody, doing things individually... Walking around alone.. then you may not feel the love... And more likely we will feel lonely...
As u know, we malaysian are living in diversity .. we had all kind of celebrations, occasions... that when we gathered , this is the time for "silaturrahim" . And its never get boring... 💕🌸😁
By the way, there will be hari raya aidiladha in 2 days... So if you had a time, do explore it... You will see, what I mean with this "Silaturrahim".. 😁😁😁 happy hari raya Ichang and Jimmy... Take care both of you... 💕😊
Jimmy and iChang, I must admit that at first I was not really clear about what you meant by "HP". But when you mentioned about how aunties and uncles here have even higher HP, I'm starting to understand a bit.
actually, if you want to really see powerful people, go to a wet market - where they sell raw beef, chicken, fish and vegetables - on the last weekend BEFORE Hari Raya Aidilfitri. Keep in mind that this is during Ramadhan, so people would be fasting, but they would also be hauling kilos upon kilos of food and materials for their Eid open house. You'd think people would be staying home and do as little as possible... but no... Malaysians haa.. especially the Malay before Hari Raya... wow...
if the wet market doesn't impress you enough, go to Jalan Tunku Abdul Rahman in KL and see them shopping along that road... and get ready to be amazed... ^__^;;;
HP simply means Health Points, if you ever play a game, a character/a player has that health bar to keep you going and pass the game, once the HP drop to zero, it means game over, and you need to restart and play again.
@@sebastianbarthez thanks for explaining
It is interesting that you guys think about it so deep. Don't think too much, it would drain your energy 😂 just go with the flow, that's how we survive in this culture 🤣 i don't know about other religion, but in Islam as a muslim, we pray 5 times a day. Morning, afternoon, evening, after sunset, before sleep. That's how we recharge our energy throughout the day. When we pray, we prostrate, it is scientifically proven that the prostration helps blood flow more profusely to various parts of the brain ☺️
seeing you guys love to talk about malaysian cultures and food.. it would be lovely if you guys share some of your cultures and food too😊
Perhaps you both can continue this kind of content.
“Bual bicara ichang & jimmy”
Love to watch the discussion , conversation, talk, on the topic like this. Your observation and experience.
Please consider to add more.
I like the one you share on
1) dragon ball
2) HP power
3) … more to come.
