I love everything in this video. I love lauk, I love eggs, I love ulam, I love green scenery, I love Kampung, I love river and my ultimate love is the CIKU 🥰. The owner of the farm were extremely generous & kind. Love them. I don't know why but I can see in future ichang & Jimmy gonna have your own 'kedai makan' like kampung style. If you guys do have one in future, I'll definitely go and try your food. I LOVE KAMPUNG!
This is the benefit of being educated, knowledgable and successful. You can always have an awesome retirement plan. Beautiful video production Jimmy and iChang. Love it.
As Malaysian living in Australia now, I miss Malaysia so much! Will visit my hometown Johore and make surprise for my family on this coming Hari Raya. Thank you Ichang for culture and kampong vibe content.
As a local malay, I almost forgot the feel and excitements when we are going back to kampung and exploring all the flora and fauna in it. Our great grandfathers taught us on how to rely on self sustanaibility way longer than us and we don't need much money to buy everything from scratch.
This video is so healing...makes me want to take a short trip to this beautiful place. I'm truly thankful for IChang and Jimmy for always giving us positive vibes and sharing beautiful videos. The family is so kind, generous and friendly. I'm so proud to be a Malaysian. I'm looking forward to your next videos. Thank yo u thank you thank you!
Loved this video. Ichang and Jimmy showcasing a kampung lifestyle...which many of us hv no experience, and a wonderful host. Highly educated but seems very humble and nice. Beautiful retirement place.
This is what I’m missing! Thank you so much, IChang for bringing the BEST of Malaysian living to the world! Been living in Europe but can’t wait to move back to my home sweet home, Malaysia! After experiencing life out of the country, I’ve learnt to appreciate Malaysia more! As Malaysians we should maintain our traditions and cultures and not be swayed by the influences outside. I’m so proud to be a Malaysian!
I must say..you guys really found a gem, a place like this is truly like paradise! Shout out to En. Lah & Kak Muni for the wonderful place you built! It is indeed beautiful. Something I`d love to hv too in my heart! I am sure there are many more out there for you guys to discover!....Oh! great hairstylist Jimmy, great job, she looked so pleased!!! See you soon!
TQ Jimmy n Ichang for bringing back my childhood memory of living in kampung. Life is so so happy n peaceful surrounded by nature. Grow our own fruits n vegetables. Children r carefree to move n play around. Life is simple yet v happy.
Yes we tend to forget our humble beginnings. I used to stay at grandparents house in kampung. Although we stay in wooden houses with outdoor toilets, life was truly happier back then when people of all races can mingle around and walk into a neighbors house. When we are richer and successful we tend to forget the life we used to live before. But i will always be a proud malaysian chinese.
Cara IChang berpakaian sangat sesuai dgn budaya sini. Kebanyakkan YTuber tidak memetingkan cara berpakaian terutama bagi YTber wanita. Ni salah satu kenapa rasa rapat pada pasangn ini sangat dihati...cara berpakaian mereka. Sangat menghormati masyarakat Malaysia.😊😊
This is what is called PASSION. Jimmy & iChang show us the real passion for Malaysian life without pretence or trying hard to capture our hearts. They are truly Malaysian at heart.
I have always said this ever since I was a kid, Malaysia is a beautiful country especially when u get to the outskirts, the people are warm and the food is fantastic. I’m Singaporean but have relatives all along Malaysia. Frm the beautiful waters of Pulau AUR, Sibu, etc in the East to the natural rivers and streams , Malaysia has a special place in my heart!
Wow, so happy n relax watching such a beautiful self -sustaining village run by the very people who love n respect the environment n educating visitors to the natural organic way of living, great tasting homecooked organic food with friendly n kind hosts n neighborhood Pasar malam. Would love to make a trip there when l am back home! Thank you to Ichang n Jimmy for introducing us, international viewers abt such organic countryside village for short stay n get away from the hustle n bustle of city lives to rejuvenate. 🙏❤️
It's a relief to know that there're still places like these in Malaysia, considering how much damaged we've done to give way to durian farm or palm oil plantation, urbanizations and what not.
@@chains84 Any large scale farming is bad for the environment. You take away homes of the local flora and fauna. Durian kampung or local durian were planted amongst the local flora and fauna, they co exist. Now a days, I don't know.
Jimmy cleaning and hair drying Ichang’s hair shows what a real man he is ! I love these new style of videos lately, keep up the good work both of you ❤
The simple things in life are just as valuable, if not even more valuable than the materialistic world most city dwellers are after every other day. It's great that both of you got to experience a slice of the simple lifestyle that is readily available in the outskirts!😊
wow iChang n Jimmy when you went there "Tiong Trove Family Farm" thats is my Kampong I am originaly from there...I miss you when you both were there, what is your sincere coment about my kampong...hope to see you if you come again next time, with your other friend from Japan..or with your Mother, you can try our kampong version of Nasi lemak Specialy the sambal, your Kak Murni Also can do it...please make atrip again, the best is during the durian season..bye from uncle Kamal..

Don't you feel sad a little bit when you have to leave? OMG, the hosts are so nice. Very hospitable. A very nice place, nice environment, nice food. What more can one ask for. Blissfully happy for both of you, ichang and Jimmy.
How ironic to have outsiders to remind us how lucky we are to be Malaysians. All the beauties one can get are all here in our Doorstep. Diverse culture, rich history, food abundance, clean and beautiful Mother Land and warm and generous Malaysianl people. So be appreciative. Be thankful. Always proud to be Anak Malaysia.... ❤️
I-Chang & Jimmy really brings out the malaysian culture for us to retouch our soul. The best retirement environment for Kak murni and her husband. I want this kind of life.. so peace.

iChang & Jimmy.... Your vlogs never cease to amaze... This particular vlog reminded me so much of my kampung life in Melaka! Brought back so many fond memories as well as a little tear for those were the happiest days of my life! Much thanks to the both of you for that! Don't ever stop what you guys are doing! You may not know it, but you have opened (especially my eyes) to how beautiful and magnificent my beloved Malaysia is. Thank you and may the both of you be blessed and kept safe. Cheers!
I just finished doing house chores, I'm so very tired to the bones! Sitting and watching this relaxing video suddenly brought tears to my eyes. I just don't know why. Loving it so much🥰🥰 Such a beautiful piece of heaven tucked away amidst those kampung houses. Very well-maintained too. A hardworking couple indeed. Well-manicured garden and all! Would love to visit this place someday if it is open to visitors. Thanks, iChang for sharing this wonderful experience with us. 😍😍
If I'm not mistaken, the sound of the unfamiliar bird you heard is from a species called large tailed nightjar, locally known as burung tukang. They used to be very common in the rural area. I kinda miss their calls, its the sound of my childhood.
Wow,what a beautiful place and lovely hosts. Thank you ichang and Jimmy for uncovering places even us Malaysians don’t discover. Beats a lot of places overseas. Show us more please.
I'm watching this video again today, cuz this is very much healing to me.. I'm in great depression and this helps a lot that I could never describe it. Thank you Jimmy and iChang
The both of you truly love the kampung lifestyle, which makes me so happy! You have explored so many parts of Malaysia that many of us don’t even know exist, and the lovely Tiong Trove is one example! Thank you for introducing Tiong Trove to us, and thank you for loving Malaysia as much as we do. Truly. 💖
A beautiful and 💓 heart warming video of I Chang and Jimmy relishing and experiencing a truly genuine Malaysian " Kampong ". hospitality. Makes us Malaysians feel that we are what we really are ---- really hospitable people not only to Tourists but also to our own Folks. We really enjoyed watching this video and the Hosts are really representative of the majority of us Malaysians who are Welcoming and Hospitable to just anyone, as that is our Nature. This is especially for Folks in the Hospitality sector. Domo Arigator, I Chang and Jimmy.
First & foremost, thank you I-Chang & Jimmy. I didn't know that such a beautiful kg exist in my hometown Perak. It's in my bucket list now. 2ndly, watching your video this time made me grinning like a cat licked his cream from early start till the end. Thank you I-Chang & Jimmy, there are things I take for granted just because I'm Malaysian. Through your 'eyes', I get to see the plain beauty my country, especially my hometown has to offer. Thank you again❤❤
Thank you ichang and jimmy, for all your effort in planning and making videos, and all the research made. Your sincerity can be felt through the videos, makes me appreciate my own country more. Maybe this is your purpose in life.
Majority Malaysians childhood memories start in hometown village life, and also a dream to retire in this kind of lifestyle too. Much appreciated the peaceful time we live today ❤ hope everyone can build their own garden too, 👍we have one garden too, but too messy with a lot of unarranged fruit trees need to be cleaned 😅😂
Alhamdulillah. Thank you IChang and Jimmy for introducing this beautiful place. Will definitely try to go there. Keep up the good work you're doing. Best of regards from your Singapore fan!
What is couple has done in promoting simple kampong living should be given a tourism award. Thank this Japanese friends for making such an interesting video.
watching this made me flashback to my childhood in kampung in perak!. rn im working at KL and its very dull. i hope you guys continue doing this type video in the future.
Wahhhh ichang & jimmy bercuti di kampung 🥰🥰...seronok tinggal di kampung..udara bersih, nyaman, tenang, view cantik..semua sayur, ulam & lain lain tak perlu beli..semua tanam sendiri..ikan pun sendiri ternak...fresh dari kebun & kolam 👍👍
This is by far my favourite videos from your vlog. It reminds of my "kampung". When my late grandma was still around, we just pluck all the vegetables and ulam from her garden. My cousins and i took turn to cook "pari bakar", climb the coconut tree behind her house. It's been almost 5 years since my grandma passed away, going back to kampung doesn't feel the same.
Wuaaaa this reminded me so much of my estate childhood. Misty mornings with morning dews everywhere. Nights were so cool that no air-conditioning was needed.. Slept with crickets chirping.. Might not experience it again, thank so much for sharing this. 😊🙏
Hai Wah cantiknya tempat sana sini sedap memandang dekat kawasan kampung cantiknya dia pakai baju baju kurung ke baju apa tu dia pakai tu memang cantik sesuai dengan tuan badan suka sangat makanan orang Malaysia...😃😃😍😍😊😊👍🏼👍🏼❤❤
Love this video excellent production, this is a very nice showcase of successful Malaysia ideal retirement life look like far from the city, self sufficient. Thank you ichang and Jimmy for sharing the experience.
Apehal laa aq tengok pade 1st day pose, pagi lak tu, kan dh bergema perut aq bhahahaha 😅 jokes aside, a very cozy subtle place to live, yep very self sustainable sort of place 👍
living in the country side like this make your soul feel peacefully.. far from the harsh sounds of city ... when you wake up in the morning by sounds of birds singing.. that i always call song of nature.. and people around seem very friendly.. with smile in thy face... everything.. chicken run freely.. and some cow and goat... cats . all this you can't find in the middle of modern city.... mark my word.. "kampong vibes calm your soul

They are such nice Malaysian people, they are so personal and generous .Also the nature is beautiful.
Best of regards from your Singapore fan!
thank you IChang and Jimmy for your love of our beloved country..Malaysia..

😍😍😍
Thank you very much for your support ❤️
Wahhhh ichang & jimmy bercuti di kampung 🥰🥰...seronok tinggal di kampung..udara bersih, nyaman, tenang, view cantik..semua sayur, ulam & lain lain tak perlu beli..semua tanam sendiri..ikan pun sendiri ternak...fresh dari kebun & kolam 👍👍
Can feel the environment in the kampung so relax and reduce stress. 😃
thank you guys for showing the world especially malaysians this wonderful side of malaysia❤❤
Really looking forward for this kind of lifestyle after retirement. KL life too hectic and very pressure.
Wow.. this kampung is 'real' kampung. I can feel the vibe. Thanks to ichang & jimmy explore Malaysian nature & original kampung. Soo cool
