Another good one. I used to canoe out of Hartley Bay with a big group of guys every summer. We would camp at the elbow and the good folks at the marina would run out our next day's supply of beer because we couldn't fit it in all our canoes. Good times.👍

that’s a great story! I didn’t realize they offered those kinds of services lol. We just carried a few beers with us and drank whisky the rest of the trip.

Nice video, I really like the scenic route when I travel anywhere, I am currently preparing for a photo tour of my new province, ride my scooter around along the Atlantic Coast on my way South, then on the return trip hug the Maine border and do some hiking to some of the many waterfalls. I plan on catching up on more of your videos, as I find them very enjoyable to watch. So thanks for posting this one, I have gleaned a few tips on travelling.

Thanks I’m glad you like them! I’m always happy to help out
Sounds like a good adventure you’re planning. I’d like to make my way east in the future to see that part of the country. I have a few friends that have moved out that way and they speak highly of the area.

I have never seen the boiler above Dalles even close to the waterline, so that's pretty cool. I wonder who you think they is when giving critiques of the campsite locations.

That’s interesting. Must have been a super high year for the French. I saw pics of the boiler while researching the trip and yes it wasn’t anywhere close to the water line.
I’d imagine that parks staff have some kind of say in where the sites/ fire pits are located. Although I know the sites are probably perfectly fine the rest of the season, we just happened to be there on opening day while the water was still high. One of the employees at the marina commented that it was a lot higher a week before. So I can only imagine what that looked like.
