EASY HOMEMADE GHANA TEA BREAD | NO MILK | NO EGGS

- Ingredients:
Flour - 3cup = 384g All Purpose Flour
Sugar - 2tbsp = 25g
Butter 1/4cup = 57g
Salt - 1tsp = 5g
Nutmeg - 1/2tsp = 2.5g
Pineapple Flavor - 1/2tsp or Vanilla Extract = 2.5g
Water - 3/4-1cup Warm Water = 6-8fl oz or 177-236ml
Yeast - 2tsp = 10g
Ingredients In French
Farine - 3tasses
Sucre - 2cuilleree a soupe
Beurre - 1/4tasse
Sel - 1cuillere a cafe
Noix de Muscade - 1/2cuillere a cafe
Saveur d’ananas- 1/2cuillere a cafe ou extrait de vanille
Eau - 3/4-1 tasse
Levure - 2cuillere a cafe

I nailed it yep yep 😆😆😆😆 so yummy !!! It was perfect I used my vitamix to mix the dough and it came out perfect, I don’t own bread maker so I use that Vitamix blender and it was perfect I followed the instructions of making the pizza dough in my Vitamix but with your recipe. My kids love Ghana bread they call it they have never tried tea bread when I buy it but they eat all the 4 loaf of bread today with hot coco, milkshakes and I had my with your Hausa Koko I’m going to try your sugar bread recipe, so I’m not buying from the store anymore, I’m going to make my own at home thanks to you my sweetie your recipes my recipe now thanks thanks for sharing God bless you sweeting sweeting. My mouth is watering as I watch this! I had forgotten how much I loved this little loaf we used to sell in our shop in La. Many a morning it was my breakfast before heading off to school - tea bread spread with some Blue Band margarine and dunked into my cup of tea, making a greasy swirl pattern in my tea. Hi SweetAdjeIey, I would love to try this recipe, but I just noticed in the description box that 2Tbsp of sugar and 1Tsp of salt were used, just wondering if the bread wouldn't be too sweet?
N D nooo it won’t be sweet because the dough rises in size due to the yeast so it overcomes it
N D not at all, remember I used 3cups of flour and the yeast feeds on the sugar, you may use less if you wish🥰
