Looks neat and good, love the signature high curtain. that's a very tiny kitchen sink maybe the tenants can just add a foldable floating table on the left side of the sink then that turns as their bar counter for eating too. Saves space 👌

Currently though I only accept projects within metro manila and recently just hold off accepting for the mean time. I'll probably be accepting again early next year scheduled for the second half of 2022...
Was your professional fee included in the 20k? Because basically there was just 3 things you did on the condo. Paint, installation of the overhead cabinet & curtain. I don’t think it’d have cost 20k for all of that, so my assumption your professional fee was included? Please correct me if I’m wrong.
for the corner wall near the Aircon, I assume na may water seepage ang wall on the positive side kaya matagal matuyo ang wall putty, okay din naman that you used polituff as filler pero kung di masosolve ang water seepage magkakaron ng leak pa din sa wall.
Hi Gio! Yes you are correct.. The source is from the a/c drain pipe.. Unfortunately even if its still under warranty mabagal action ng admin, and since I am only given a specific time to finish kaya no choice ako but to cover it.. but the good news though as per my friend hindi pa nman nag recur ang leak... :)
